Dublin Ranch Golf Course

The greens were very rough both in terms of liost grass and not having been mown. Unfortunately most greens had large areas that were basically mandatory two putt zones. We had some rain but nothing overly heavy. The lack of grass on slopes, ravines, and areas off the fairway made for a muddy mess. I think the layout and hole design gives the place potential to be fun but probably won't be back any time soon.

This course is normally in pretty good shape with a fast pace of play. This most recent round was a big disappointment. Greens have many brown, dead spots and extremely bumpy to the point that putting is nearly impossible. The rest of the course had vast patches of muddy areas mixed with large spots of dried brown patches. Not sure what has happened to this course but is beginning to look like Brentwood. Lastly, after teeing off at 1pm (pace of pay was very slow) we were told to bring the carts back in at 4:30 half an hour before sunset. We got to 16th hole and did not finish. So not sure I'll be coming back to play until they fix things. These are the worst conditions I've ever seen at this course.

The greens are absolutely horrible. It’s impossible to putt as the greens are in extremely awful shape. The fairways are barely OK and everywhere else is dirt. The views are spectacular so it’s just extremely disappointing to play at a course that should be fun but is taken away by the poor experience on the greens.

Fun course with a good pace of play. I think the price to play is a little expensive judging by the greens needing to be desperately repaired. Beautiful views and fun times for all levels of golfers.

Good shorter course, with a couple of longer holes. The greens are not in very good shape right now, but the starter told us they are addressing it.

$60+ to play mostly par-3, TONS of trouble, and horrendously bad “greens” (barely a tinge of the color green)? Not again any time soon.

Played Dublin Ranch the day after Thanksgiving. I’ve played here about 10 times over the last 4-5 years and the course conditions have always been great. For par 63 it’s typically worth the cost to play (typically $50-60 with a cart). Today was a completely different experience. The greens were TERRIBLE. Dead in most areas, scalped to dirt others. Bumpy and unputtable. It looked like they’d stopped watering the fairways and greens for months. I doubt the greens will be repaired by spring of 2021. When well maintained the course is great, but today it was a goat track. There should have been an advisory warning when we booked, if I’d known the conditions would be so poor I would have played elsewhere. Not worth your time or money!

Pace of play was very good. Nice course to play in 3 hours. Tees and some greens were very good. Fairways were typical of this time of year. Several greens have been attacked by fungus making a smooth roll impossible. Some greens were good which the course had been known for. Need to address greens before I can recommend play...unfortunately may take a while.

Interesting mix of holes, often really windy so it challenges you. They take great care of this place and keep the prices fair. Big fan.

If I did not know any better I would have thought the course was abandoned. The fairways were dirt and holes with patches of grass. The greens barely had any actual green to putt on.
