Value
The course, itself, was in good playing conditions .. The TEE BOXES are less to be desired .. The PACE OF PLAY was horrible .. The afternoon wind? Smh!
The value to play here ($95) is NOT worth it ... But I will say something positive: THE STAFF IS GREAT! They made me feel wanted, and very important ...
Ok course conditions that can get windy in the afternoon
Greens were in decent shape, fairways were okay. Pace was on the slower side. Got worst as the wind picked up.
Course condition
fairway condition was ok but perfec green conditions.. only few slow players makes delay game
Surprisingly quick round
When was the last time your threesome played a round in 3:40?!? On that Tuesday late morning, almost an hour of tee times showed open in front of us. Usually I expect to play around 5 hours even on a weekday there, but this time we flew through. Weather wasn't an issue. It was sunny, temperate and the usual afternoon wind.
The greens were slower due to sand capping but not aeration .
Always dependable
This course is usually in good shape and the layout is fair, straightforward and allows for recovery from wayward shots in a links style fashion. Demanding in the wind but fair and enjoyable.

Course is in great shape! Working on the tee boxes on 11 and 12 so tees are moved up.
Fun open course
Expect wind, has to be a good weather day. If you go on the weekend expect a 5-5.5 hr round
Great course, bar with restaurant, nice greens, nice warm up facility. A day course forsure
Slow greens and caught up with back nine
Greens were slow and inconsistent. Also for being an early group out, we got behind the back nine players by the 12th which slowed us down.
Not much has changed!
Last time I played Monarch was a few years ago! Updated range and chipping area! Didn’t see much difference while playing, same bumpy Wednesday afternoon greens along with the 10+mph wind! Not many geese, though!

Course was in great condition! Enjoyed the round at friends and definitely going back for mor!

Very nice!
First time playing this course after five long years! The course conditionn were much improved from the last time I’ve played it. Excellent improvement and great value for the money! Definitely will be back and play it more often this time.
