Bear Creek Golf Club

We arrived 30 minutes before tee time. We finally exited the pro shop 25 minutes later. Computer system was down. Barely made our tee time, which was running 10 minutes late. At time we discovered we were in a fivesome. We had to rush to keep up with group in front. Had to wait also. 5 hour round. Greens are in good shape and roll well. Fairways play well. Some tee boxes are lost. Several holes with odd blind shots. You have to know what club to hit. First hole I ran over the green with 235 yards to go after hitting my 185 club. Fourth hole you have to hit less than 190, water covers right side, narrow fairway and woods on left, downhill to high rough and creek. No. 15 over 200 uphill to fairway cut. No. 18 tee was pushed back. Too long a carry to fairway from white tee. Odd architecture can be annoying.

They have really improved the fairways and greens. Also cleaned up th wooded areas. I have been playing this course for over 20 years.

I have always loved playing here but haven’t been out since 2019 or so. I was very impressed with the current condition of the course, beautiful fairways and fast greens. Staff was very nice, and they have added a driving range since the last time I was here. Overall great experience, I’m looking forward to playing here again soon.

This course has several unique and challenging holes. It is a good test for a reasonable price. There are some blind shots off the tee that require some local knowledge or you will wind up in the creek at No. 4 and No. 13. On No. 15 I hit it 200 yards uphill from the white tee and did not reach the fairway cut. The No. 18 white tee needs to be moved up. Greens are in good shape, and fairways are firm and fast, but on some tees it is tough to get a tee in the ground.

Bear Creek is in excellent shape and a great value to play! The course is challenging, yet fun to play.

Showed up 30 minutes before my Saturday tee time. Didn't end up going off until 30 minutes after scheduled time because no one showed up to work the clubhouse. Real shame because you can tell the owner is putting in work to make the course nice and it killed the impression the folks I invited to play got after playing the first time. Hopefully the admin folks can get it together cause it's a nice spot.

Bear Creek was a nice course for the money. First time playing here. There were a few blind shots that I will know about next time.

I played here with my wife and we had a great time. The course condition was fair and the greens were in a good condition. The only downside was (This would be a long term project but...) their cart path was atrocious and had TONS of pot holes/ditch that needed to be avoided.

Greens were in good shape and course overall is in pretty good shape. Miserably slow. Overbooked and waiting on every hole. No ranger to monitor slow play. Too hot for an over 5 hour round.

This course is a good find for the location, friendly people on and off the course

Very good experience. They are working on the cart paths. Greens are fast and true.

The fairways were well maintained, but the greens and traps were is poor condition. Friendly staff and beautiful wetlands.

The owner is a complete snake! Yes I read the fine print. But I can’t help the fact the fourth guy in our group baled morning of. But I had to pay for him. And he tells his employees to blame it on Golf Now. When I’ve been to many of course using this app. Not one time have I had to pay for someone that didn’t show. I left my number Sunday, called again Monday. But the snake still hasn’t called me back. You can take that round and try to give it to the next guy that might not show up. And from what your employees have said. Customers aren’t the only people you take complete advantage of!
