Lake Tahoe Golf Course stretches across a grassy mountain meadow, surrounded by the High Sierras, just minutes from the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. Challenging and fun
Course well maintained. Challenging course with lots of water hazards and elevation changes. Gorgeous mountain and forest views. Great friendly service. Would love to play again
Not worth the money….
We chose to play this course because it was close to where we are staying. We are all for keeping up the pace of play but teeing off on a Wednesday morning and being rushed to finish under 4 hours is ridiculous. Being charged $100/person is crazy for the course/quality you’re playing. “Edgewood” standards for just a local municipal course. From now on we will continue to drive to Carson City which is 45 minutes away just to play golf, to avoid playing here again.

Very nice course. Fairly windy the day we played. Awesome views of the mountains around Lake Tahoe...
Fun Course
Very fun course in a very convenient location. Course conditions were great, with the exception of sand traps need a bit more sand. But overall we had a fantastic afternoon at a good price.
Course in good condition; our 4 some finished in 4 hours so pace was better than usual here. Beautiful day and nice course.
Great course, but pricing is tough
I got lucky with a hot deal and paid $50 for a round at 10:50 on a Saturday. This price was great but I heard the regular rate is $105. That seems kinda steep for the course after playing. Overall a nice fun course, playing from middle tees was a little too easy. Playing from the tips makes it a lot more interesting and challenging, next time I will play the tips.

Beautiful layout, greens good, fun to play. Book online up to 60 days prior to tee time&date.

Great course - slow play
Had a great round going on the front nine and it turned into a slow grind in the back. 19 people at 2 holes near the end with almost 1/2 the folks leaving before finishing their rounds. This is a great course just wish they could keep us moving along.
Painfully slow round
The marshals were non existent mid afternoon. 3 hour back 9 as we followed 3 groups of a bachelor party and they grouped up to 8some at 16. No marshal seen at all. Frustrated everyone.
Ash Wednesday
In the midst of a horrific fire season that saw huge amounts of ash and smoke invading the Tahoe Basin, golf was a nice departure. Beautiful course and the surrounding mountains were semi-visible which added to the serenity. The greens were dull of goose crap which made the day a little more difficult. All in all it was what I needed.
