About
Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachians, Chicopee Woods Golf Course is a 27-hole course that sprawls across rolling terrain. It is one of the most popular public courses in the Gainesville area. The holes are divided into three nines called the Village, the School, and the Mill. They share the same scenic landscape but they each offer a different set of challenges. Five sets of tees provide the option of playing to your skill level. The Mill is the shortest of the three nines. Strategically placed bunkers come into play on almost every hole, you'll find plenty of them on the par-4 seventh. There are back-to-back water features starting with the second hole, the golf course's only water holes. Chicopee Woods GC also has a driving range and chipping and putting greens available.

Insert groups between groups at the turn is not proper.
Collecting carts at the parking lot and cleaning clubs there would raise the bar!
Great golf course
Chicopee Woods golf course is in great shape. Best course around for your money. Greens are quick in spots with lots of undulation. Fairways are lush and green. I would definitly recommend this course.

Good bang for your buck for a public course. Greens in good shape. Always have an awesome hat selection in the pro shop.

Always well maintained.
Greens were true and reasonably fast. Fairways clean and healthy. Some of the bunkers could use a little TLC.

Love the course, and last experience was really nice, hardly any wait, course was nice. Not this time. Took 5 hours to play a round

Funday Friday!
Course was in GREAT shape even after the heavy rains the days before. 3 nines keep the flow moving. I played the Mill/School loop and had a blast with my random pairing. Saw multiple rangers and beverage carts throughout the day. Big shout out to Faith! Great personality and great customer service on the bev cart!!!

Gem of a course
One of favorite golf courses and like that the various combinations of the courses, make it unique each time. The greens are well maintained. You find Marshall's passing if needed as well as the bev cart. Recommend.

I have to go back to Chicopee
I started golfing in Florida where I fell in love with the game.
I cut my teeth at Stone Mountain
I played at Chicopee and found a place where I can take my golf game to the next level. The fairways and greens are challenging and the members or people that play there are serious about Golf and always willing to offer tips.
I love the range because I always hit well, but when I get on the Tee Box, well, let just say the fairways are wide and long and placing the ball for your next shot is always a challenge. I will be back at Chicopee several time this summer with my family,friends and coworkers.

Challenging course
Course is in really good condition. Very hilly and challenging. Greens in good shape but a little slow. Would recommend and will be back.
