Overall experience
The course was in awesome shape. A couple of hard holes, but they are still reachable. I would love to play the course again.
Great Value for the condition of the course
This course was challenging as me and my friend played it from the tips. The par 3s become extremely long. Even as a "young gun" and with the wind into our face they can be tough. It depends on the day that you go that the pin placement can be tough as it is placed on slopes with grain running away 95% of the time. Overall extremely fun!!
Very enjoyable course.
We enjoyed our round. From the practice range to the putting green to the course itself, we enjoyed the course. If you are not straight, you may be in trouble.
Great course
In great condition to what I'm use to. Challenging course. Greens were firm and Rolling fast. Only complaint is that my brother was with me and he was doing drinking the water from the coolers and he got really sick.
Great Day on the course.
Really enjoyed playing this course. Challenging for all skill levels, but fair. A few surprises along the way (water that you can't see and some areas of carry).

Great course, great pace off lay, challenging enough to satisfy without making it too tough. Highly recommend this course.
This course has nice features.
This is a fair course but there are many sand traps and water on several holes so hit them straight.
Nice layout
fairways and greens were in good shape, other areas needed a little work for better abiance. Good value
Nice Course
Course challenges you with plenty of water and bunkers. It was in good condition and the pace of play was great. We finished a round in just under 4 hours. Scenery was nice.
best of 4
Out of the 4 Brown courses, Pinecrest was the best. The course was challenging and in great shape. Great golf experience!
Good play for the $
Nice layout and better condition than I expected. Big greens. Lots of water and forced carries. Water and fairway bunkers challenge tee shots. Be sure to look at where the trouble is before hitting the shot!
Very Tight Layout
Waited on every shot on the front 9. Second nine played faster after many people quit.
great layout
Great value,just off Hilton Head island.Fairways and greens were in excellent shape.Loved the layout,many interesting holes.Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hilton Head who wants to save a few bucks and still play a quality course.
S-L-O-W
Overbooked course 5+ hr round. Nice holes but lost focus after waiting 5-10 minutes between holes

The practice area was overwhelmed with IJGA people. Great facility. Course was impressive.
Good value course for the area.
Enjoyed the round. Very friendly and professional staff. Great bonus having a starter and a Marshall, keeps the rate of play moving along. Jess in the golf shop was very customer oriented, and Loyal on the carts was waiting to assist. Greens were in great condition. Maybe a little more attention to some of the tee boxes would be nice, but, overall, great value for money. A good course for all. Would recommend and definetely play again.

This was a great and challenging golf course to play. The course was in excellent shape and the greens were beautiful! I will definitely golf here again and am actually thinking about purchasing a home on the course to retire on in a few years. Loved it!
