Greens were problematic. Parts of the course needed better upkeep. Reasonable given how busy the course was!

A very old course that has aged well primarily due to the efforts of the staff and ownership to keep the course well-maintained and run. A great course for someone who's learning, getting back into the game or who just wants a relaxing game of golf. The course is well laid out, not particularly long but with well-placed water hazards and bunkers. For the money this course is one of the best values in Orlando.

After having golfed for several decades using a wheelchair to adapt my game I can count the number of courses that have denied me on one finger. I have played municipal courses all over Central Florida and I’ve never been denied access., winter Pines was for many years my favorite course in the Orlando area. Returning there after a hiatus from Golf I discovered that the new management is not friendly to disabled golfers. So after decades of enjoying the course, every time I have contacted them the general manager has denied me access. Each time he claims he’s not discriminating against me but refuses to allow me to use my golf chair on the course. I cannot golf without a wheelchair and they offer no adaptive equipment in order to accommodate a golfer with a disability. What reason does he offer that legitimizes has discrimination of the disabled, members have complained about wheelchair tracks on the golf course. I’ve spoken to the greens keeping staff at the golf course who have an insured me that my wheelchair causes no irreparable damage to the course. Facilities are not up to ADA guidelines as well. It’s a shame because you would think the management would be interested in growing the sport and being inclusive of golfers with differing abilities.

Three groups in front of us took forever to get there round in and because of them we were not able to finish our round. It should have taken us just under 4 hours and we did not even get done with 15 . No ranger in sight to speed things up.

My partner golfs from a wheelchair. He was told that he is not allowed to golf from his wheelchair, that he would have to find another form of adaptive equipment in order to be able to golf at this golf course. My partner golfs mini golf courses in Central Florida, and we never come across this kind of discrimination. We were told that his wheelchair leaves marks in the course, and let people complain. However they don’t ask for golfers or golfers who leave any kind of other marks on the course not to return. It is discrimination at its fullest!Anyone who has anyone in their life with a disability should avoid this golf course.

Love this course. I love that this course is a little shorter. Really gives you the opportunity to practice/focus more on the mid clubs in your bag and takes the focus off driving the ball. Probably a good thing for most golfers…. Truly my only complaint is half the greens are in terrible condition as 3/11/22. With that being said for the price of the course I could care less and would definitely recommend this course without hesitation. “Hit’m Straight”…

Shenanigans!!!

I drove for 35 minutes to find this course.

As I arrived, it started to rain. Watched several individuals come in and wait.

I decided to wait out the rain.

20 minutes later I decided to take my chances.

I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes for the next twosome to arrive.

REALLY!!!

I wouldn't recommend this type of management. Especially on a rainy day.

Pace of play was very slow but course is in good condition

Nice course ,wide open . Shorter lengths without a lot of trouble. Greens were in good shape .

Great little course, a lot of get able pat 4’s, witch is cool if you can drive far, and mark at the front is amazing. Will definitely be back.

Good track for the price. They stacked the tee times a little heavy. I felt like I was constantly waiting to tee off all day. But it’s a fun little course for the money.
