Boulder Creek Golf Club - Desert Hawk/Coyote Run
About
Boulder Creek Golf Club boasts three nine-hole courses, which can be played in different 18-hole combinations. Though this Boulder City club is a bit off the beaten path, the scenic location is well worth the drive. The terrain provides different challenges on each nine. The Desert Hawk/Coyote Run combination begins with the longest of the three nines. Desert Hawk has plenty of room for lengthy drives and clear shots to generous fairways. There are also opportunities to work on your short game skills, it's a nine that will have you using all the clubs in your bag. The back nine is just as diverse with varying elevation changes that depending on where your ball lands can either be a boon or a punishment. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes.

Too slow...
They need marshals to move things along...otherwise it's a pretty good little course!
Great Staff and Nice Layout
I try in play this course at least once a week. One of my favorites in Las Vegas. Nice Staff, good pace and somewhat challenging. All 27 holes will allow you to use every club in your bag.
wind came up late but course is a great layout
We stopped on our way through Vegas an played here. Great history and the layout is very nice. The course did not overseed so they painted the fairway which was kind of tough but it was still fun. I think when this course is in good growing conidtions it will be a blast. The layout is really good and a couple of the holes are very challenging. We will stop here again fir sure!
worth to play
the Course is fairly good for winter golf. Layout is good. Price was good too. It is worth to play.
Fivesomes on a Saturday!?
This may be a gem but a fivesome on a saturday? SLOW SLOW and the staff person was NOT helpful or accommodating.
I quit after 8 holes in frustration...
Challenging course, great folks working there.
Played the two 9-hole courses on the northern part of the facility. Quite challenging thru out. Used all of my clubs, you definitely need to bring your “A” game if you’re competitive.
Great folks working there, make you feel welcome.
best kept secret
these 3 nines are fantastic. They are very well maintained and have plenty of obstacles for those who like a challenge. We always try to fit a round in here when we go to Vegas. My only complaint is that they are always booked.and it makes for a long round for those who think they are the big hitters but really are not. Obviously, other players have discovered this hidden gem.
Great Staff
Always a pleasure to play this course. Well worth the 45 minute drive from North Las Vegas. Staff is just awesome .They greet you from the minute you pull up at Bag Drop until you finish your round. Nice to see Sam on Staff. He is very customer oriented. Pace of play was great even though a little windy and pre-holiday. Course is very challenging and diverse. By far my Top 3 Courses in Vegas. I try in play this course at least once a week. Well worth the trip. As a Disabled Veteran, they're very accommodating and understandable. Strongly recommend this course, you want regret it.
Boulder Creek
I enjoy this course as it's always good value. Fun track to play as it has some long and short holes. Requires some accuracy as well as some length. Bunkers are really rocky. At least the 2 I was in and one guy I was paired with mentioned it multiple times.
