Good value for money.

The course was in brilliant condition. Got straight on and it was not too busy despite being a nice day on a bank holiday weekend. Course layout is ok but is a bit short from the yellow tees. Really good value for money.

unorganised chaos

TERRIBLY SLOW game and a waste of time booking on teeofftimes. all members just turn up without a tee time and take it in turns to go off. so as we turned up for our 10:28 tee time. a ladies 4 ball tee'd off in front of us at 10:27. at first we just thought it was a back log, but no it wasn't. also on the 3rd or 4th hole. i miss hit a shot and it went in there direction..... with this i shouted four, twice.....after apologising as i walked towards them i was met with abuse from one of the ladies saying i didn't shout.

very rude

after speaking with 2 groups of members on our tee box they were saying they don't want tee off times using there course. outragous.

i won't be going again that is for sure.

Hidden Gem

Really nice maintained course. Heard really good reviews and have played a charity 4 ball event and a 3 ball with family here in the space of a week.

The course is great, it's mainly flat (great for the old man) with the odd undulating fairway, a good few dog legs to keep you guessing every shot.

The only problems are there needs to be a few signs through wooded paths, a bit of surface water is retained in places and the oddest one of all, the older members seemed to be a bit funny with younger people on the course during the day!

Apart from that I would highly recommend this course and we're looking at going back soon.

Thanks for the comments - we will look at the sign requirements as mentioned. The issue with the membership over younger players has been addressed within the club and hopefully on your next visited will receive a better welcome

Cracking parkland course

Heard really good reviews of Arcott so was really looking forward to playing and I have to say the course stood up to the praise.

Parkland course with quite a few dog legs and a lot of tee boxes in an alley of trees.

The course isn't overly long but you have to think your way round every hole. The greens were very receptive but care had to be taken on virtually every putt.

The pro shop and club house staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Will certainly be heading back and would recommend.
