An excellent course
Played on a lovely June day with family and we were all delighted with the state of the course. The greens were true and reasonably paced and the holes were all interesting, some challenging but all in all an enjoyable round topped off with lovely food and service in the clubhouse afterwards. I look forward to returning.
Blackburn 4 Ball
First time on course. Quite a forgiving course. Well apart from all the wet grass cuttings. several balls lost when barely off the fairway. Other than that a very enjoyable round.h
Quality
I usually play Blackburn when I get chance after work so we're always rushing round however this time we had an early tee and the weather was amazing.
Called into the shop and the pro was friendly and had a chat with us.
The course was in brilliant condition fairways were unreal and the greens were class.
The course itself is challenging enough and the members are always up for a chat and a laugh as you pass eachother.
The round itself isn't too expensive and the state of the course made it a bargain I've played some really expensive rounds and had worse conditions.

Early Sunday morning tee time. Biggest compliment I think you can give a course is that it’s fair. Tough holes & scorable holes. The 2 par 5’s on the back 9 have got to be up there for the best looking holes in Lancashire! Can’t wait to come back
Great all round course.
Always enjoy playing here. Good layout and good condition all year round. Never get bored playing here.
Still a good course
Played in April,so the course was not pristine, but still enjoyable.
Decent condition for time of year
Played today only been open a week since lockdown. Was a pretty decent condition greens had a bit of sand on but still pretty flat course was very dry. Be in top condition again in a month like it was last year. Would play again love the lay out
