Great Harwood Golf Club

The course itself is not bad some nice holes, when I booked i didn’t realise it’s only a nine hole course, I came across an obnoxious member who had zero clue about the pace of play etiquette and was subjected to a disrespectful angry outburst for wanting to play through, he was clearly not upto date on the rules the cantankerous old fossil, I got whistled at for taking my 2nd shot on a par 5 when the group in front were on the green 😳🤷‍♂️ the course is alright but the people I encountered were very strange definitely won’t be going back for that reason also I’m not a fan of 9 hole courses ……. Boring 🥱

A very enjoyable morning again; played the course a few time this year now and thoroughly enjoyed it.a course very well looked after by the staff who are also very friendly and courteous too as are the othe golfers we have met on our visits.

Got on a Hot deal and was really impressed with price, layout and condition. Will be visiting again for sure

Not an 18 hole course. Only 9 holes. On back 9 you are waiting for people.

Course is very appealing to the eye but greens are a bit sandy and slow. Overall condition is fair.

Great day again! Course in good nick again, only downside today was the greens had been fed and lots of watering going on but ALL necessary work ref good upkeep so well done to grounds staff; will certainly be going again

Great course. Very long holes and mixing up the back 9 so it doesn't feel you were playing the same 9. Only downside was the greens seemed to all have damaged almost like diversity and made putting harder.

Great day again, lovely course in very good condition

Played GH but the greens were in very bad condition. They weren’t cut or rolled and lots of bare patches. The fairways were also a little long. GH is usually in better condition than this so disappointed

Excellent golf again, very much enjoyed the Course again; met a groundsman who was very pleasant . Unfortunately the four ladies in front of us were a little too slow we thought but we were patient on a nice sunny day and very much enjoyed the golf and the course.

Course is in great condition. Over all price was fantastic even the bar before and after the round. Members where very friendly as they explained some simple rules especially on hole 7. 1st time played the course but will definitely be returning very soon. Over all day couldn't of been better

Course in good condition and it flows nicely. Ground staff friendly and some nice holes. Got stuck behind a slow two ball who didn’t wave me through even though caught them up on 4th hole ruined round a little.

Nice and easy course with short par 4s. Rough can be a bit sketchy and the greens were quite sandy. But overall really like it.
