Kirkby Lonsdale - Great golf and even better kitchen and bar staff

We had a wonderful round of golf and the course was in great condition. With teeing off at 4 being a little late on a Sunday afternoon we rang ahead to see when the clubhouse would be serving food until. The chef stated food would be served until 6pm. We arrived at the 9th tee at 5:45pm, where you can conveniently phone ahead and put your order in. When on the phone I asked if they were still serving to which the head chef replied is that the ****** group who rang up earlier today. To which I stated it was and he said food is definitely being served, what would you like. When we finished the hole we were greeted by the girl on the bar and the chef who could t do enough for us. Never have we received such great hospitality at a golf club. Thank you to the chef and girl who was on the bar you made our experience wonderful.
