Course in top condition
Slow play for an evening game with fading light but the course is in the best condition I’ve seen. Greens are immaculate and the bunkers have been revamped. A must play course
First time playing here
Nice course with friendly staff. First time back on the course in months for me and was a good challenge. The only thing that could of been better is the labelling of numbers and signposts to the next tees as it was my first time playing here I nearly got lost on some holes.
Fantastic course
Having played golf on and off for 20 years and living local to the course I’d never played it, I played here about 6 weeks ago and I’ve played here a good few times since and I love it, so much I joined, I can’t wait for the summer when the course is at its best, and the staff are fantastic and friendly
Morpeth Golf Club
I played during a particularly wet period of weather.
Course was holding up well considering the conditions, one or two winter tee boxes but this do not detract from the experience.
I only encountered one other person who let me play through and we had a good chat, very friendly.
Shop staff were great and contributed to an enjoyable visit.
Some lovely holes and a good course layout, I’ll definitely play again when conditions are better.

Over rated course, quite boring with very little variety of challenge from hole to hole.

A round at the Peth
Great course with some fair and challenging holes
Greens in excellent condition
Great course. Shame it rained
Helpful friendly staff right at the start. Were told we could go straight off which was a bonus. Course was in good condition and greens were well kept. Even when it rained course stoof up to it.
Recommended
1st class mature course with interesting challenges. I played alone and had the course to myself. Weather was very good too. I was visiting the area and decided on this course. Glad i did. Played 9 over gross off 10 handicap.

Morpeth was a great course in good condition, afterwards we had a warm welcome and excellent food in clubhouse
Review of Morpeth
The course was in really good condition. If you are looking for suggestions on ways to improve would be to have signs showing the way to the next tee, especially when you need to cross the road, it wasn't always obvious which way to go, or put a small picture on the scorecard of the course layout.
Just a couple of suggestions.
