Pike Hills Golf Club

Course in good condition and most lies excellent even in the rough. Felt a little rushed on the back nine and the last 3 holes are a little claustrophobic with holes crossing each. Greens excellent and fast.

Hidden out of view from the hugely busy A64 I didn’t know what to expect. What a great find. I’ve driven past it 200x and never thought to go. Decent layout, some walking between tees but was no issue. Greens were excellent, most fairways excellent and bunkers had lots of sand (a pet hate of mine). Some of the directions between holes could be improved, but that doesn’t take away from what is a lovely place to play.

We will be back for sure. Potentially, pretty regularly.

We have played here as a society for 5 years now , and always enjoyed it ,but this year was not as good ,the greens were rough for the time of year and I was shocked at the price of a buggy 🛺 as it was more then the green fee 😢 I think will be looking at other courses for the society going forwards

Fantastically maintained course. Not mega tight so you won’t lose 100 balls if you are a high handicapper like me.

However the better players in our group enjoy the pin placements and the hazards to make things harder. Along with the the varied green speeds. Would play here every time.

The weather was good, the fairways were firm but lost balls just off the fairway and try as we did we could not find them. Green are true and undulating. An enjoyable day. The course is 5810 yards, off yellow tees, long so not the longest but long enough for me. Definitely will play the course again.

I have played Pike Hills many times,and it never disappoints,always a friendy welcome in the pro shop,course is always in excellent condition,from tee to green,...pace of play was good until we got to the 14th,then it was 2 very slow 4 balls ahead,...but it didn't spoil the day,.....didnt have the time to pay the clubhouse a visit,...but from experience,its always a very friendly and welcoming place,

Always enjoy playing Pike Hills,from start to finish,very friendly staff in the pro shop,very helpful,

From tee to green the course is in excellent condition at the moment,

The pace of play was very good,we got round in just under 4 hours,have played Pike Hills lots of times,and never had a problem with pace of play,

The clubhouse is very nice,the staff are very welcoming and friendly,

I went with 2 of my brothers so there was 3 of us all together and I would have to say we ain’t the best but the course was really good it had all different things to test us all. I would definitely recommend this course to a friends.

Great course, good greens, friendly staff. Great value for money

Very average course. Exceptionally slow play. Ended up walking off after 9 holes. Course set up for seniors and ladies as short and basic.

Great course long hokes to smash your drive and some tricky ones to test your skills

It was our first time playing Pike Hills and we were not disappointed. The course is well kept with all greens and fairways well managed and cared for. Staff at the pro shop were friendly and gave us a few tips on the course when asked ahead of our tee off. Its a challenging course with a few long dog legs and blind tee spots but very rewarding when you play the right shot. Will definitely be back soon for another round.

This time of year this course is great value for money.

Fairways are struggling at the minute because of dry weather but good course that I play regularly. Value for money

The course is in great condition with fast, challenging greens. We were booked for 12pm and teed of a few minutes early behind a 4 ball. Half way up the 2nd hole we allowed a single player through as we were a 3 ball. From thereon in we waited on every single shot, not because of the single player, but the 4 ball. This slow rate of play spoiled what could have been a great day.
