Scarborough South Cliff Golf Club

Scarborough SC always worth a visit. It’s a shame the buggies are only capable of 18 holes as it is a stiffish walk but nonetheless enjoyable

Really enjoyed this well maintained parkland course. There are some fabulous clifftop views and the only downside was having to cross a bridge and road after the first three holes and back again later. The greens were in good condition with the flags in some challenging positions. Very friendly staff in the pro shop and clubhouse.

Super course. Excellent mixture of parkland and cliff top holes. Views from the holes along the coast are stunning. Course has generous fairways and very good greens.

We played the course for the first time,and it certainly won't be our last,we enjoyed every minute of our time there,

The course is a mixture of links and parkland,from the first tee to the 18th hole the course was in excellent condition,

I would highly recommend a visit to this course,golfers of all abilities should give it a go,you won't be disappointed,

Visited South cliffs good club on 28/6/21. Booked through golf now so were paired up with 2 nice guys from Scotland. The course was in great condition, the pro shop and bar were really friendly and helpful. Was value for money and a great day out. The course was quite easy as no wind at all. But can imagine some of the cliff top holes will be a lot harder with a good sea breeze blowing in. All in all would play again any time. And would recommend.

Wonderful variety of holes, visually stunning, potential for a good score but pitfalls at every turn. Will be returning for South cliff Open.

It was 12°c and overcast but still got burnt. Golf course was good as well

Course starts nicely typical parkland set up in great condition. Cross over the road into a golfing spectacular of views and hole layouts next to the cliffs.We played on a benign day which was perfect -it would be a real test of ball striking if windy !

Really worth a visit - an all round fantastic course .

Fantastic course for the price, the 4th - 7th hole on the cliff tops are absolutely brilliant. I can imagine them being really challenging when the weather rolls in.

Played this course last year but didn’t expect the best condition due to COVID restrictions, however, the course was in excellent condition, really surprised how good it was, my playing partner said exactly the same, well done to Scarborough North Cliff ground staff

We played as a family 3 ball, as usual we where made to feel welcome by the staff in the club shop who go the extra mile to make you feel at ease.

Course In Great condition when you consider the recent adverse weather and Covid implications.

A hidden gem of a Parkland / links course with challenging holes with panoramic views .

From start to finish, very friendly, course well laid out with some nice challenging holes

Always love playing this course, many varied holes and challenges. Greens were a little bumpy today but I expect they haven’t been able to get the attention they deserve. All in all the course is in great condition.

Will definitely return
