Seaham Golf Club

This is a great course! I can’t find any faults with the course itself.

Tee boxes and fairways were really well kept and the rough depths were cut appropriately.

The greens were fantastically firm and had a bit of pace to them making them a test for the average golfer without endangering the enjoyment of the round.

I knocked a couple of points off for a few little irritations but on the whole I would definitely recommend this course.

I will certainly be going back!!

The course was in very good condition. Credit to the green keepers. Bunkers, greeens and fairways were very good. I am sure the off course amenities would be very good. The pro in the golf shop was very friendly, the shop looked as if it had everything. Looking forward to playing there again, thank you

Played here several times. Course is always kept in good condition and the greens are second to none.

Interesting course, lots of hills and sloping fairways adding to the difficulty when the course on paper looks quite short. All the par 3’s were difficult. The course condition was fair considering the prolonged dry weather, the greens were all good. Definitely worth a visit.

Great quality greens, some interesting holes and great value at the price of £25 - a bonus to get to the clubhouse for happy hour, Guinness £2 per pint!

Not the first time ive booked this course through GolfNow and wont be the last. I always really enjoy it, even when booking on the hottest dayever in UK and playing in 38 degree heat ! Some tough and tricky holes as well as some driveable par 4's. Staff in shop and bar along with all other members really friendly. Cant recommend Seaham highly enough

Course in great condition particularly the greens. Layout of course is good but so that you are aware some holes are a bit steep . May not be good for older golfers if you do not want to hire buggy

12 years out the game with a few sessions on the range behind me, this was my first visit to seaham and my first 18 for a long time! The course was in very good condition throughout, greens fairly quick and light rough well kept. Some tight fairways as the holes run alongside each other but someone with less wayward drives would have less issues(!) Also some difficult greens but overall a decent course. Special thanks to the chap who gave me a lighter on the 12th as I’d left mine in the car! Would happily play here again.

Great course , greens in excellent condition, very quiet when I played mid afternoon so no problem with pace will be booking again this week

Lovely course struggled with the wind and found the course very unforgiving even when I thought i hit some ok shots into greens. Wasn’t impressed that the group behind me tees off about 5 minutes to early so they were in middle of fairway by the time I was just putting on the green. So they chased me round the course which I didn’t find helpful when I’d never played course before and I wasn’t playing well

Great course, some challenging holes and layouts and some unreal views from the top of the course!

Course was in good condition, especially the greens. It was breezy but a good test. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Course in great condition. Greens running fast and true. A great variety of holes. The par 3s are are particularly varied. Played in a 4 ball. There were no issues with pace of play. Members of the club were all very friendly. Highly recommended.
