Beautiful course
It’s really challenging course I like that a lot hole have water hazards
Needs work
Greens, Fairways are Ruff. Needs to charge less than $50, maybe worth half that and put some money in it or close for growth. This course could be SO MUCH MORE!

Wonderful experience. Great playing conditions- had the whole course to ourselves. Played in 2:30 hrs. Pretty fast greens. Would recommend!

This was the first time for me playing this course. I couldnt have been more happier. The course layout, the GPS in the golf carts, the staff, everything was just beautiful. I will absolutely will be playing this course again, and maybe become a member.

Great layout
The new greens are really taking hold well. They were fast and rolled true. Fairways are a little bare in some areas. That could be do to the weather we have had in the area all winter. The cart paths need some help though. Can't wait to see what spring and summer brings for the course. Hopefully it continues to improve

Will not find a better deal.
I’ve played MV twice before, so when I seen the deal on GolfNow it was a no-brained. $25 and includes cart??? LOL All day!! Great test, great greens, great elevation changes Will not beat it for $25.

Soggy but Fun
Overall the course was very wet. About half the holes were cart path only. First hole lost a ball plugged in the middle of the fairway. Greens were mostly above average. A few dead spots with sand (mostly around the edge of the greens).
Pace of play was outstanding. Pro shop staff was good, grille staff outstanding.
Not Mt Vintages fault for the amount of rain, and the course held up well. Overall the layout and course is nice. Will come back.

Really fast greens
The handicap of your game is on the greens they are fast with a lot of undulations making it a very challenging fun course to play

Miss conception by previous reviewer
I’ve played here a lot of times using Golf Now and range balls are not included in your fee you pay. Apparently when you signed up with Golf Now you forgot to read what your fee includes. So don’t blame this great golf course for charging you for range balls. If you are that cheap maybe you don’t need to play great golf courses like these.

Has been better
I have played here more than 8 times and always with Golfnow. The price in the past has always included rangeballs but now if you use Golfnow there is a $7 fee for balls.
I played the Independent first, the greens much like the practice green are in rough shape. The second nine was the Vintage which had better greens. The course has been in much better shape in the past. I don't see us going back.
The grillroom has always been nice and we stop in every time we play. I'm not sure charging Golfnow players for rangeballs is going to be a financial success for the club.

Great Golf Experience
The golf course was in great shape. The pace of play was excellent! The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the grill area after our round. We will definitely be back soon.

Not what it used to be
Brought 16 guys here for a weekend of golf in 2013, and the course was simply amazing. Came back this year - the 'bones' are still good - but the condition of the tee boxes and fairways was extremely disappointing. There was very little grass on many of the tee boxes, and the fairways were spotty. The greens were in decent shape, which helped a lot.
Still love the course and layout - just wish the conditions could be like they were a few years back...
