As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the skies opened up and there was a downpour. Never got to play that day. I was given a raincheck.

Course was taken care pretty well for municipal course but that’s all it’s ever going to be. 5+ hour rounds and fairways close enough to each other that you’ll see more people playing the wrong one all day.

Also had course workers drive right in front of people teeing off multiple times. It was comical after a while. It’s like they wanted to get hit. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The course has a fun layout, but is not particularly well maintained. Carts should not be allowed on the fairways, as they are muddy and getting torn up. Some greens were scalped. Some greens had craters in them. Some tee boxes were not mowed, you we’re teeing up in rough. Got an early tee time, and had no issues with rate of play, but the later tee times looked jammed up.

For the money, it was fine. Basically, not a hidden secret, but a “you get what you pay for”.

The layout was great and challenging but the greens were a bit under par on several holes. Vehicle parking was very poor and difficult for owners of large SUVs and trucks.

Not enough improvements made to the greens and tee boxes and fairways

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the golf course. It has improved since I played there in the fall of 2023. The fairways are still narrow, but the grass was neatly mowed and the green were firm/fast. Again the course has improved.
