Unfriendly Proshop and Poorly Maintained Course
Came to this course with my aunt and when we tried to check in they said we didn’t book a tee time. I did book a tee time on GN and had to show it to them on my phone. Then they proceeded to tell us we canceled it but I only canceled for my parents coming because they got sick. They then told us we should’ve called because the GN system and their system doesn’t work the same and their system thought we canceled our whole tee time. I don’t know how they expected us to know that and they were being rude about it too. Then the manager behind the desk guy rolled his eyes and reluctantly told his staff to just let us play. What a bunch of rude clowns. I would not recommend this course to people just by the way the staff treats their guests, especially for something out of our control. And to add insult to injury, the course had random dirt piles on the fairway and was not well kept. Big waste of money and time I’m not coming back here.
Nice short 9 hole course
Only complaint was pace of play. A bit slow but not horrible until the 9th hole. Waited on a couple holes for the group ahead of us to hit approaches into the green and by the last hole we were waiting for the group ahead of them to tee off.
Last time for sure
Pace was soooo bad! Waited about 15 minutes at each hole. Not even fun
Fast greens
Fine warm day today light traffic on course. Had a very quick game with 3 others. Fairways were nicely groomed and the greens were tight and fast and no real break
Good tee time, weak "9" course
Unlike the Destroyer 18, which I have played several times, the Cruiser course is unlinked. One has to cruise around the property to get from some holes to another.
The fairways are like the 18 mostly, but one requires a carful layup or your ball winds up in a big ditch cutting across the fairway (7?,8?) . I think it costs too much for this unattractive course!
Never set for friday evening
Late tee time played very slow due high schoolers tourney. Every hole was a 10-16 min wait. This course I nice but not for $36/9 hol.
Overall pretty nice
If not for the girls golf team of 20+ it would have been fine. A larger window should have been given for them. We were waiting 10+ minutes nearly every hole.
Cruiser Course
No waiting. Tee boxes, fairways, rough, sand traps, greens, all in good shape. Greens rolled true and matched the practice green. Staff friendly. Only drawback, cleaning up pitchmarks from others.
Thanks for a great day.
Cool course
I really enjoy this course. I golf a lot by myself and don’t feel bad about a one person game
Does not honor 18 hole option.
Booked a round on my day off off work and read fine print that price is good for 9 or 18 holes. They blamed golf now for improper wording which is odd as it would be surprising they would freely write their own course description without approval. They then proceeded to tell me that you can pay for a second round like it was a bonus. What course wouldn't take your money a second time around.
Cruiser Course
Excellent 9 holes to keep practicing and a fun few hours golfing.
