Cherokee Run Golf Club

The golf course if probably the most challenging course since it has so much slope in the course. I believe that they recently redid their greens so the green speed is incredible which makes hitting iron shots, wedges, and putters extra challenging to add fun to the incredible game of golf.

Cherokee run checks all the boxes. The course is always in greats shape, and the greens are always fast and true. On top of that, the layout of the course is awesome. Plenty of risk reward shots and forced layups. If you’re within an hour or so, it is worth the drive.

Course conditions as always were in great shape layout is challenging but fair. Bunkers would be the only downfall on this course but if you play the way you're supposed to and stay out of bunkers you'll have a really good time.

This course beats the price of many public courses in Atlanta area and also beats throwaway same courses in condition as well. Always worth the drive out to Conyers from the city.

It’s a long drive for me to play this course but it is one of the most enjoyable courses to play. Pro Shop is always friendly and welcoming and the Starter got me off earlier as a single player which was really appreciated. Even though it was cart-path only the pace of play was acceptable with no long waits. Greens were very quick and in great condition. This course gives gives your game a good workout which is why it is it is one of my favorites. This is a must play course in my opinion.

I use to play Cherokee a lot but unfortunately I moved about an hour and a half away. Loved the course and made it my go to course. I am about a 13 handicap and I can tell ya it can be a challenge, bring your best game. It is a risk/reward type of course and at times very fast greens. Many times it was difficult to keep the ball on various greens. I miss Cherokee Run, everything about it. I will return one day, hopefully soon.

Offers a mix of shot maker challenges and plenty of length in one package. Scoring low requires a real strong day putting but even without a low score, CR is a fun course and one of the best in Atlanta area,

Great course snd layout very good test of golf greens are quick which is the best part staff always on top of their game I live on two golf.courses snd drive and hour snd forty minutes to play here as often as I can

with all the winter rain the course has stayed well drained except for 4 to 5 holes which are path only

Wet. Greens in very good condition, fast but very nice. Course doesn’t drain well though. Too many holes “cart-path only.

I drive about an hour to play this course because it’s the best course around for the price. Highly recommend!

Great 18 holes at a great price. New carts were a nice touch as well. They didn't accept my offer to trade them my hatchback... sad. They were really nice carts. Fast greens all day but the temp dropped whilst golfing. I would go back and recommend this course to others. See you soon.
