Cottonwood Golf Club - Ivanhoe Course

Good place for me since I've only been playing about a year. One trouble is two different prices for the same t-time two weekdays apart (M & W) Mon was $41. We'd. was $31. Both with cart. Golfnow was $31. Calling the course was $41.

I played on Veterans Day, 11/11/21. The course was very green. Good fairways, 7.6/10 greens, and holes each presented their own challenge. Pace of play was a a little on the slower side, however, it was a holiday. I will be coming back.

You get what you pay for: too many drunks on a Saturday afternoon. Some type of club outing stacked the course up. 5 hours plus. The employees try but the owner is just taking the money and not reinvesting a dime into this facility. But it keeps it prices low and you really do get what you pay for. It would be a great investment for someone who loves golf to buy and wants to restore what was a good East County course to its former condition.

I play all over the SD area and this is one of my favorite courses to play, a little rough around the edges but in great shape where it matters. Don’t be turned off by parking lot and driving range.

Course is in great condition. Plenty of water keeps the fairways and greens in great shape. Can't beat the value.

Getting better all the time, greens great, pace good and best french fries in town. keep it up.

Little fun track. Got early tee time 745 to maybe play 4 hours or less but no! On first hole group in front asked if we wanted to play through. King story short was 5 hr round and cart girl rode by twice while she was texting and clearly clueless. Picture oh GolfNow is not of the course and of the course that is shut down. Dont let the picture fool you.

and it starts with the start being late and then, later, I will be paired with a 3-some, but told to get out of my cart and ride with the third ( as if COVID is not still a threat) because the starter said "WE" (the course) ' don't like having 3 cart together on the course.'

I am recording this now, in case I DO contract COVID, I can sue the course.

otherwise, the greens S___K - no one repairs the ball marks, and the tees are bare and uneven... fairways are fairly covered with grass

Once again Cottonwood excelled. Fairways great, greens very good, It seems to get better every time we play Cottonwood. Great french fries, too! keep up the good work and affordable golf.

As long as this course is 40 or less I’ll play it . The course is in pretty good shape . Greens are very nice . Slow play is the only problem but for 40 bucks it’s all good.
