The Trophy Club of Apalachee

The course seemed crowded for a weekday, and the players in front of my group were both slow and unaware of basic golf etiquette.
The players ignored course guidelines (cart path only) and did some damage to wet fairways.
The course and facility staff were great!

One of the nicest course I've ever played, but also the toughest course I've ever played. I would not recommend this course for beginners. Most fairways are narrow with trees lining both sides. The greens were fast and hard, it was difficult to get the ball to stick. However, overall condition of the course was great. I can't wait to go again.

Short but sweet, loved the par 3's most fairways are wide enough to keep it in play. The Greens rolled very well, a good test of your short game on the greens.

Greens are in great shape. If they could re level green# 5 then it would be a great course.
Too challenging to get to the green, then to have the green be at such a slop that any chip from the top rolls off the green on the other side.

absolutely beautiful course especially for the money the staff was very friendly there's a cooler already attached to the golf carts very very happy with the scores and we'll be playing again

I have played this course many times, and always found it to be in great shape - particularly the greens. This trip was dis-heartening - greens were bumpy, many of the bridges and cart paths were in disrepair.

That being said - my green fee was very reasonable and I believe it is well worth what I paid. Would like to see it closer to it's previous glory.

I've been playing here for years and this course remains the same-staff is always great and welcoming, and the course and greens are always in above average condition. Its not one of your high end $50-$75 per round courses but it is not priced that way either. Most courses at this price point you dont know what you'll get unless you play there consistently, not TC apalachee, they always deliver. Also, for grass driving ranges always one of the best around.

Played many times...3rd since spring areation.

The good...greens have recovered, and rolling smooth...better than the practice green today. Not peak speed, so uphill you can give it go and not worry much about the comebacker...made several putts today. Collar cut is in full and nicely cut.

Fairways are filling in nicely, pretty firm.

Pace of play was very good...3some in 4 hrs on a Sat.

The bad...nothing terrible but notable...a couple of fairways have dead areas that probably should be played as GUR imo...also a couple of bare tee boxes...may need to resod with a more shade tolerant grass.

Short course overall, good mix of short scoring holes mixed with some very difficult holes...but not the most player friendly design, requires a few times around to score @ your index.

The fairways and greens were nice and in good shape. Players there need to do a better job of repairing their ball marks on the green, but the greens rolled nicely. The tee boxes on the other hand need some work. You have to move around a number of the boxes to find a flat lie. There were a few tee boxes that need some help with the grass, as they were quite bare. Aside from the teeing area, it is a nice track. I will play again.

Every hole has different looks. Good course to play. Not busy during the week

I will certainly play the course again. It was a great course for the value. There were a few places on the course where repair of the fairway were needed but overall it was in average condition. The greens were fast and challenging and the holes were challenging as well. I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

This was probably the best bang for your buck course in the Gwinnett area. The greens are almost perfect and consistent. The course was very challenging with slopes, hills, water hazards, thick out of bounds trees and shrubs. Most holes, even if your ball lands in the middle of the fairway, the ball is either down or up slope, and/or above or below your feet. The greens are wide but narrow... it's forgiving if you don't hit the ball on target at the pin because of the wide greens. But because it's narrow, you will be in trouble if you don't know your club length.

only bad thing is. need to be a little cheaper and tee box are still a little worn. but overall the fairways are great and the greens are good.

Lots of work needed on teeing ground, some fairways and greens. May be the time to change to Champions bermuda from the current bent grass greens.

Can't get excited about this track...

Practice area is great. Fairway and greens are in great condition. Best value.

The course needs work: not grass on tee boxes, cart paths are in terrible shape, fairways/rough are cut very short allowing your ball to roll out of the fairway or into unplayable situations. Staff was not friendly.

Played this course last year and what a difference one year make! What happened..course looked like it was neglected. The only savior for the course is the greens! Tee box and fairway- horrible.

We had 9 guys out golfing this course and had a good time. We were a little upset that the ranger confronted our first group and said we were an hour behind when the time on their cart said they were right on schedule with the pace on their cart.

2nd hole can be tricky to find... one of our 3 groups went to hole 8 instead of hole 2 and that threw them off.

Staff in pro shop was great.

Greens were in good shape.

Fun course.

Excellent value for the price. My only complaint is the tee boxes were pretty bare/rough. The greens are almost perfect!! Haven't played here in a while, but will definitely be back.

Friendly staff good greens nice pace of play what more can you ask for.
