Turkey Creek Golf Club
About
Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln sprawls across rolling hills that are covered with mature oak forests. The back nine even closely resembles Germany's Black Forest. The centerpiece of the course is the old granite quarry that was transformed into an expansive lake that comes into play on the third and final holes. The golf course is formidable, testing golfers with blind shots and uneven lies, but the challenges are nicely balanced by long, open fairways. Water comes into play several times throughout as well as the towering trees that blanket the landscape. The course will keep golfers on their toes but there is plenty of visual respite available. Players can often catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that call Turkey Creek Golf Club home, including deer, quail, foxes, and of course, wild turkeys.

Great Course
Very fun and well maintained course. Beautiful setting and a great value.
Great Course!
We'll worth the money playing a quality golf course.
This course has a good layout.
I had only played the course a couple of times and not played it in a few years. The course can be very challenging especially if you are not keeping the ball in play. The course is in really great shape from tee to green and each hole is very scenic. My partner had not played it in a few years also. What has kept him away in the past was pace of play because it can get backed up due to the difficulty of some of the holes. We did not have that issue as we played in the hot afternoon and were a twosome. When we caught up to a couple of foursomes along the way they let us play through them. We will definitely come back and play again very soon as we had a great experience.
The Creek is AWSOME!
Made reservation day of round and looked forward to quick 18 on 4 p.m. twilight rate. As usual there was no disappointment. Arrived a few minutes early and staff was very helpful to get me set with cart and advice on current pace of play throughout course. Great round(except for score) and will be back many times this summer with all the huge oaks providing that natural A/C. Nice job on green conditions Turkey Creek.
Staff is great
These guys are classy and accommodating. They got us in a little early and allowed us to finish before rush hour traffic if there is such a thing .
Great scenery, Gps on carts
I loved this course. I am a 20 handicap so usually shoot around 88-90ish and this was fun but difficult. Nice over water shots both from the tee and from 2nd shots from the fairway. The only thing I can complain about isnt golf related, it was a food issue. The drink girl who drives around the course was WAY to beautiful to be working at a golf course and was nice. The bloody mary I had tasted great but was $12.55. Way too much and there food prices are outrageous, $10 for every sandwich they offer. Anyways the golf was amazing and the course conditions were extremely nice. I will be back again.
Tough golf tract to play
Turkey Creek will test your game in so many ways. This is a course that will challenge your game. I like coming here because it toughens you up mentally. They keep this course in great shape. Take the trip out there it is worth it.
Just a beautiful fun challenging golf course
A truly great experience. Wish it was in our town but worth the drive
Great course
Great course especially when it is a hot day. A lot of trees for shade
Really TURKEY Creek
Staff was friendly and efficient at check in, we started on time and only had to wait on our shots maybe twice during the round. Course was in very good condition for this time of year although just off fairways was rather punishing. Greens were not as fast as I have seen but hard for our group to read with lots of undulations. Overall a very good round of golf for all of us and a great value with Golf Now pricing. Also saw more wild turkeys than I've ever seen here.
Great course
Super nice staff in the pro shop. Course was in very good shape. GPS was in the cart and extremely helpful. Very nice to hit off grass on the driving range.
Almost 5hours? Really?
Way too slow, no water on a couple of holes where coolers are, almost 100 degree weather and when I told the Marshall the water coolers are empty at 330pm, he said "impossible I filled them this morning". The course is typically good but the last few rounds I've noticed the conditions of both the greens and fairways are starting to present as a little long in tooth.
Outstanding experience
Played early on May 12th and the whole experience was top notch. We were greeted by Carlon who gave a brief yet friendly overview of the course and facilities. He was friendly and engaging and even greeted us post round. The course was challenging, yet fair. The gps was very helpful for the first time player, the greens were smooth and fast and the fairways lush and easy to play from. The wildlife was outstanding as we'll, from the turkey's gobbling to the deer meandering around the driving range. We will definitely return!
A nice course BUT is it too difficult to fully charge an electric cart?
A nice foothill course good facility however, I have never experienced not one but two golf cart failures during an 18 hole round (called in on the 3rd hole cart was replaced, then replacement cart quit on 18th hole . Especially on a weekday, I played on a Thursday afternoon, and wound up walking off the 18th hole as the second cart we were using stopped, It wasn't just cart I was riding in but the other players cart as well had started to fail by the time we reached the 15th hole.
Great course to play
My friend and I always come to play here. Great deals and great course as well. We always have a great time every time we come and play a round of golf. Its very challenging course but we make it to were it always keeps us on our toes. Thank you for a great service to all the staff. Keep up the great job...
Beautiful Course
The course was beautiful, challenging but not impossible. Lots of wildlife and mature oak trees. Greens and fairways were in good shape. Had problems with carts, first one stopped, second one GPS not working, easy to swap out but annoying. We were called up by mistake, just after purchasing a warm-up bucket of balls, had to leave them on the driving range.
Worth another trip
Course very enjoyable. Only wish they had an afternoon marshall...group in front of us was very slow; four holes open in front of them and we gave up trying to play through.
Otherwise, greens true; traps had sand; very good condition.
Good layout
I really like that they cut the trees to the left of the 18th tee so the risky shot toward the green is only partially obscured.
Full day of golf
I had a great day and played 36 holes, $20 replay was a great value.
This course is very scenic and has a good variety of holes.
Great Conditions
From tee box to greens, course was in great shape. Weekday rate of $35 is excellent value. Staff very friendly and helpful.
