Great place to do a round !!! Even walking is just su nice !! I usually bring my son too hes only 8 years old and he loves it as well

The course is in great shape. Fun place to play & walk.

This course is a short course, but offers the average golfer the opportunity to use a variety of shots, and clubs. The greens are in good shape, and roll very well. Tees and fairways are also in good shape. This course can get interesting when the wind comes up and can provide an interesting challenge.

I went out around noon Thursday and had a blast. Very few people playing. The greens were nice as usual. Sand traps were in decent shape. Caught up to a few slow groups but still finished in under 3 hours. Some tough pin placements but was fun. A lot of road construction on my way to the golf course so allow extra time.

It's a very nice course, especially for the price! i'll be going back. It's the firs time we played here and there are some challenges and hidden areas that would be good to know about before teeing off. The water hazards are good, but I would have played it a little differently if I would have known the layout better. The staff and everyone was very nice! Definitely going back.

Monterey Pines is a hidden gem. The most difficult part of it is finding the course. For a public course it is in fabulous condition and well maintained.It is owned by a branch of the military which may explain the great maintenance.The greens are some of the most difficult I have ever played. If you look at the score card the course is short but it is not easy.

Monterey pines is a great golf course. The fairways are great, the greens are in good shape, the layout is friendly. The staff is friendly and the food and drink are great too. The pines is my kind of place and you can’t beat the price.

This course has it's challenges, but still offers chances for reasonable scores. It's long enough so that you can use driver most of the par 4's, (my drives average 220-230), using a short iron into the greens. This is a well maintained Navy owned course, best value on the Monterey peninsula.

This course is short but often narrow. Greens are fast. Par 69 but that does not translate to "easy."

For the money, it's a steal! Ride, 18 holes, on a weekend for $40.00 through GolfNow. Amazing. I am 63 and 7,000 yard courses are too much. Monterey Pines is just the ticket. Enjoy.

This is a perfect well-kept course for beginning and intermediate golfers that welcomes "Golf now" online reservations.

Not a big deal to me but some might not be able to walk this one. It was a bit up and down. It was in great condition. Will do it again.

Thank you for teh hard work that has gone into keeping the course maintained. Yesterday was the best I’ve ever seen the course. Good job!
