punched greens
Course is in great shape except the greens have recently been aerated/sanded. Wide open course with undulating greens. very nice conditions but real boring layout.

Poor Showing for a Great Course
Bummed to report the course was just not great this time around. I’ve long loved me some Azario, but a combination of EXTREMELY slow play (mid day on a Monday, mind you), bad green conditions, and constant presence of course maintenance workers in the fairways and around greens, this round stunk. This course can be so much better. Hoping it was just an off-day. I’ll be back in a month or two to give it another swing.

I've played this course multiple times when it opened, but haven't in over a year. So sad to see it in need of so much maintenance.

Had a very enjoyable round at Asario. Great condition for a Florida course. The greens are treacherous to putt which makes the course memorable. Highly recommend!

Pristine conditions
Excellent playing conditions. Greens a tiny bit bumpy for a $100+ round. Tons of undulation on each green make for challenging but fun putts. Practice facilities are top notch.

Great besides most important thing... the pins!
I always enjoy this place. I have been out here a handful of times, always a beautiful afternoon and great layout. The ONLY downside though is a pretty big one. The pin placements make it gimmicky.
A course with diabolical greens like Azario is totally fine but the greens are designed for the pin placements to be places in the sections of those greens, not on the slopes in between the sections. Every time I have been there, if the greens are running fast, there are at least 2 or 3 holes that the ball literally will not stay within 5 feet of the hole unless it goes in. That is not golf. We even joked about it with the staff and they mentioned that for a long time now they have had someone putting the pins out in the morning that is not a golfer. The person just needs some guidance on where and where not to place pins, super easy fix!!
Other than that, I have zero other complaints about the entire place. I just felt the need to write about this is something that affects everyone that tees it up and is a huge part it making it an enjoyable experience and its such an easy fix! Other than that, thank you guys for running a great place out there.

We only got nine in because of the rain staff is very friendly and enjoyed the nine we played would recommend and go again.
