About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

A testing course for all levels of golfers.
Excellent meet and greet by Herman and the course Marshall. Both taking time out to tell us about the course, its history and course hazards. Tight fairways, strategic bunkers and an abundance of water in the front 9 to navigate round.
Small testing and receptive greens, however a few of the bunkers were lacking in sand and in hazardous locations near the roadside.
The only real downside was the x4 two-ball groups in front holding up play for others behind.
Excellent buggies with satnav, scores etc.
nice Tap Room adjacent to the 18th.
Went back and played the course again.
Excellent value for money and the best course of the 7 we played during our vacation.

Friendly staff and course in great shape with fast greens!!!
Good course, some tight holes. The tee boxes are beat up on the par3’s(sand and divots).
Practice area is there and they give you 20 beat up balls to hit over a pond.
Nice restaurant besides the clubhouse which is a
separate building.

This is a great value for the City of Orlando residents. Pace of place can get cumbersome at times..

historic and well maintained
This was a pleasant surprise. My friend and I took a chance here and it payed off. greens we beautiful and not to o difficult. Mainly flat. Fairways also well maintained.

Always enjoyed this course. An old fashioned layout with a great upgrade about 10 years back.
Not for me
Just not very informative and there range is horrible
But I have to say the ranger was nice but over all not for me
Roll and very hard to find a parking spot
