Great walkable golf course

The Yards is a great walkable golf course. Thankfully it is only 9 - 12 holes.

However, there was no starter at the first tee and there were no rangers to assist in slow play in front of us. It took 2.5 hours to play 9 holes.

The perfect place to work on your game

This is a perfect place to work on your game or just walk 9 holes. With allot of courses discouraging walking it's nice to have a place that openly welcomes walkers. The course itself is in really good condition and the green complexes are some of the best of the public courses in the area. They have a large putting green and a par 3 course in the back yard that I haven't played but looks fun. You have to try this place when in the area.

Very Challenging but Fun

Everything is maintained extremely well. Greens are perfect, fast and immaculate. There's some holes that are just crazy, sneaking up on you with water, a hidden bunker or a bunker on the green. But, it's set up to be really fun even with some challenging fairways and greens. A great place to play if you're looking for a quick round for a fair price.
