Situated within the Santa Ana Riverbed, River View Golf Course is conveniently located just minutes from Disneyland, Anaheim, and Long Beach. The course's design intertwines with the river, providing challenging hazards on several holes. The narrow layout also features elevated greens that rarely offer a flat lie and are fiercely guarded by sand. Accuracy is a necessity throughout this golf course. Although it offers a fair amount of challenges, there is also ample room off the tees that makes the course more accessible for beginners. River View G.C. is also popular for its practice facilities, which include a driving range with targets and the county's largest putting course. While the other facilities may be modest, River View offers an affordable game that is one of Orange County's best values.

Best Round
Finally came back to this gem of a course. Ended up beating my old PB as well and got an eagle on 15!!! Super fun course with challenges all around.
Course was okay
Played Monday around 10 am pace of play was slow. Course was maintained. Only issues is me and the other guys had carts included but the guy at the desk still made us all EACH pay for our own carts. Annoying.

Fun, Short Course
Great pace of play. Fun course, even though it is on the shorter side. Greens are in excellent condition. Although not long, the course has its challenges through many narrow fairways. First time playing here but I would absolutely play again
Greens 8/10
Had a good time playing river view yesterday. Our foursome finished in about 4 hours. Fairways and rough areas a okay but a little on the rougher side. The greens were recently punched and are growing nicely. I think they will be great by next week. I would recommend river view.
Single rider up charge
Booked online on golf now and when got to course they charged me an extra $10 to ride alone. I thought my final fee would be what I booked online. Not happy about that.
Dogleg River View
Par 3's are fun. Lots of Par 5's. Lots of doglegs. Greens were in good shape.
Ok for the price. Very slow.
Course was in good shape, though we were very backed up from the start. 4 players finished in 5hrs. Didn’t see a Marshall around. No drink cart the entire time. Staff indicated that they don’t receive the right support to facilitate faster play.
