Tahoe Paradise Golf Course
About
Situated within the woodlands of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Tahoe Paradise Golf Course has a hilly landscape covered with towering pines. This short, tight golf course is filled with challenges including tight, narrow fairways and smooth, fast greens. The fairways are also lined with trees and thick cuts of rough and some of there is an occasional sloped green. Tahoe Paradise Golf Course's par-4 holes are said to have severe dogleg fairways and water hazards come into play on two holes. The picturesque scenery provides a relaxing break from the challenges of the golf course. One of the most scenic holes is the par-3 14th with a spectacular view of Mt. Tallac and the surrounding peaks.

Cart fees
We booked a Golf Now rate that we thought included cart fees. To our surprise, each person golfing was charged $25 for an electric golf cart. This was not advertised in the rate.
Tahoe Paradise
Nice course.... Nice staff .... Food truck on site
Decent Round
Tight layout which made it relatively challenging for a short course. But as a result, it felt like players were on top of each other most of the day. The fairways and greens were in decent shape. Overall it was a good day of golf.
Yes, it's a shorter course but the layout of many of the holes gets you to play differently than driver, iron, repeat. In fact, a driver is often a bad choice (in my opinion). It's a unique course.
Big Disappointment
Always looking for a new course to try, but this one was a bust. The course is way overpriced and about 5 holes had temporary greens because the regular greens were under repair. People were golfing with their dogs, really?! Never again and I would definitely not recommend this course to anyone. Don’t let the word Tahoe fool you. It’s absolutely not worth the money. You can golf way better courses for the money.
Narrow and short
Pretty course in the pines. Very early in the season so there were 4 temp greens. Only complaint is GOLF NOW charged MORE than the walk up price.
Great staff!
The worker who checked me in was a champion employee. Very friendly and very good at her job.
Low cost short and narrow.
Although the staff is friendly and the green fees are low cost, this course is very short and very narrow lined with really tall pine trees. Very difficult tee shots and postage stamp greens. Fun yes but lower your expectations.
Just what I ws looking for
Short course for a regular duffer but beautiful, picturesque mountain-side layout. Light breeze, greens, fairways and rough in great condition. Slower greens than I was expecting. Will definitely play it again, but as a warm-up round at high elevation. I rode, but not a difficult course to walk if you're acclimated to the 8,000 ft. elevation. Finished the round in just over 3 hrs.
