Charlie Yates Golf Course

Greens and Tee boxes were in great shape for the ATL summer heat.

This is primarily a par 3 course. Many of the fairways are tree-lined, so coming off the tee you need to keep it straight. Some of the greens are elevated with some undulations. Overall a decent course, maybe walked or rode. For the money I'd come back if I wanted to get a quick 9 in.

I didn't realize it was a par 30 course but the holes were all very well maintained with pretty good hole placements. I didn't try any food but the course was fun if you're looking for 9 short holes (one hole was 77 yards). Overall, a good experience though

Course in good shape, Great executive course for short game practice. Also nice practice facility. staff is always great.

9 hole Par 3+ course with surprising amount of hole variability (water, sand, trees, etc) and elevation changes. 3 Par 4s were of varying lengths and difficulties. Greens were a little beat up and work was being done on most of the fringes, but course was in good shape otherwise. Pace of play was relatively slow, but OK for mid-afternoon on a holiday. Surprisingly good round of golf for an inside-the-perimeter course

Decent little course. A bit expensive for 9 (some very short) holes, unless you can find a 'hot deal' online. Overall course is in good (not great) shape. Greens better than I expected. Pace was brutally slow. Would go back, only if I find another online deal. Otherwise pay a little more and play 18 on a real length course.

The pace of play was very slow due to two slow groups that wouldn't let anybody pass. The ranger was out on the course but all she had to say was it was slow. Other than waiting forever in between shots it is a good deal for the money. A good course to hone in irons and still hit a few long balls off the tee. I would play there again

I enjoyed my round of nine a great deal. The greens were very nice, and it was a great place to work on my skills. Very enjoyable.

This used to be a great golf course to play. With the closing of the back nine it is just too crowded these days. I would tell a friend, only if they lived very close. Not worth the drive. They also do not let people use their practice facilities. Also charge way to much for what it is!

The greens were in good shape as were the very few fairways. The lies around the greens were pretty tight but that's probably due to the time of year, just plan on putting some from off the green.

On a cold day, we played nine holes and had a great time! The course maintenance is excellent, the greens are spotless (and challenging). This is a wonderful course to practice the short game, not an easy 3-par, lots of water and hills. I highly recommend it.

A fun little course! Lots of fun elevation changes. Definitely got my $$ worth.

Good course for the money. Typical public course condition with unrepaired ball marks on the greens. Turf was in very good condition other than the greens. Sadly, no practice green for chipping or putting. Decent range, but you have to hit off of astroturf M-W. They save the grass for Th-Sun.

Although the course has been around for years, I hadn't found it / played it before. GREAT layout. Sufficiently challenging for me. Marshall kept play moving nicely!

I was looking to play a quick round of golf while visiting family in the Atlanta area. Fun course in excellent condition, also excellent cutomer service.
