Cool, breezy and quick
It is always special to play Forest Hills in Augusta. The work that was done on the greenside bunkers earlier this year really paid off. With 7"+ of rain over the previous days drained completely around the greenside bunkers. A few fairway bunkers were small ponds due to the downpours. Other than that the course was great. The greens had been aerated (small punches) but were still quick and smooth. They were being rolled while I played, in fact. My score was a little elevated due to the weather, but had a good time anyway. Can't wait to try it again.

I played at Forest hills g.c today .Everything was perfect. The condition of fairway and green was excellent and the pace of playing was so smoothe and

Easily best course in the area
Came into town to pick up my son for the Thanksgiving Break and enjoyed a great round today. Could we pick up the course and drop in Metro-Atlanta :)

Great course
Course is in excellent shape. They redid the bunkers and they are awesome. Very friendly staff. Had a slow foursome two groups in front of us. They had someone come out and then they speeded up. One of my favorite courses in the CSRA.

Nice course
Course in great shape on a cold, sunny day. From tees to greens, bunkers, and fairways, all in good shape. Light crowd allowed for quick round.

Nice course, fun to play. Challenging holes and layouts. Staff come off snobby at times. Went to the course in jeans bc it was cold out when I left the house and it had also rained the night before. Woman working in pro shop was rude when asking me to change because ‘we don’t allow any denim’. Did not try to make the situation less awkward, as there were others in the pro shop. Definitely came across as a snob. Glad it wasn’t my first time playing there or I would not be going back. Course was also in bad shape due to rain. Got the khakis I had to change in to very muddy. Hope all the stains come out, as some of the tee boxes had water standing because they were still watering the tee boxes despite all the recent rain. The course owners/administrators should teach their staff some professionalism tips.

The course conditions are immaculate.
Love the “new” greenside bunkers and the repositioning of them. The greens roll true and fast! Overall, Forest Hills is one of the best in Augusta. My only complaint is lack of chipping area.

Awesome course
Yes I played this course on October 4 and got my first hole in one on #4 hole ,my friends and I enjoyed the course so much we went back on the 8th it's in great shape, great staff .

In great condition
Forest Hills is in great condition right now and you can't beat the value. If this were up north it would be a $175 round.
FYI - they are currently renovating the greenside bunkers and hole #8 is closed.

Good course
Good course and in good shape right now. Only downside is that they were repairing green-side bunkers.
