Well maintained and beautiful.
Forest Hills is one of the best courses to play in Augusta. It’s challenging, well designed and will make you play the shots required to score well. The greens are absolutely perfect!! The bunker renovation and new sand make it the course test your game. A must play course.

Excellent venue
We arrived 20 minutes before our tee time. Staff was friendly, carts were immediately available and clean. Teed off on-time and had a fun round of golf.

Forest Hills
The course was in perhaps they best shape I can recall. The tee boxes were perfectly manicured, , fairways were excellent greens were quick. The course was ready for the Valspar Invitational (but was canceled).

Pace of play
Before our tee time a group of four went to the first tee. They had to wait for their fourth player as she showed up 10 minutes late. they didn’t offer to let our foursome play through so we just waited. On the course there were much slower players but no Marshall to get them to move along or allow the faster players to play through. A 4 hour and 45 minute round, waiting on every shot.
Suggest the course hire a Marshall to monitor the course of play.

Course condition
Even with all the rain we have been having the course is in excellent condition. Hats off the the ground crew. The greens run fast and true.

Nice Track
Enjoyed the round very much. Fairly easy tee to green, but those greens will challenge a first-timer for sure.

The range balls were over priced $7 for a small bucet. The range balls were filthy. You could only use the mat which didn’t allow for a lower tee height

Cool, breezy and quick
It is always special to play Forest Hills in Augusta. The work that was done on the greenside bunkers earlier this year really paid off. With 7"+ of rain over the previous days drained completely around the greenside bunkers. A few fairway bunkers were small ponds due to the downpours. Other than that the course was great. The greens had been aerated (small punches) but were still quick and smooth. They were being rolled while I played, in fact. My score was a little elevated due to the weather, but had a good time anyway. Can't wait to try it again.

I played at Forest hills g.c today .Everything was perfect. The condition of fairway and green was excellent and the pace of playing was so smoothe and

Came into town to pick up my son for the Thanksgiving Break and enjoyed a great round today. Could we pick up the course and drop in Metro-Atlanta :)
