The putting surfaces were in excellent condition. Pin placements were very challenging with multi layered tiers.

Course in great conditions today. Tees good, fairways plush, chipping areas good, greens rolled nicely and quick. Bunkers good. Play if you have a chance.

Fairways look incredible and greens not far behind.

Didn't really get to experience the best of this course. They had recently Ariated the greens and there was no warning ion the GolfNow site. Were very disappointed to show up and play on those greens.

I actually played this course around late April for the first time and was very impressed...had a friend coming into town and complimented the course all weekend until we finally got to play...I was very disappointed to say the least. The first time I played it was one of my favorite courses I had played..beautiful fairways, awesome greens, even the rough was great grass and easy to hit out of...not to mention the layout is beautiful...well when we returned a couple weeks later the fairways were brown (most of them) and very hard...there was not much of a rough area...the greens were still in good shape but the tee boxes were so beat up and hard that you couldn't get a tee in 90 percent of them. The fairways to me were the most disappointing...looked to be cut way to short. hopefully it was just something they were doing because I would love to return but wont until I know its like it was.

Course in average condition, thought it would be better. Tees and fairways somewhat burnt out and airated, with some weeds creeping in but it looks like they are working on it. Some thin lies in the fairways. Greens very nice, smooth and fast. Chipping areas around greens good and bunkers good. Course was crowded so pace of play was slow 4:20 but normally is much faster on weekdays.

The conditions are some of the best in Augusta. The greens roll great and the fairways are nice. My only complaint is that a few bunkers were hard sand. My playing partners informed me of the condition of the bunkers of course.

I have played this course several times & this was by far the worst condition I've seen it in. There is hardly any grass growing on the fairways or the roughs. Almost all of the tees were completely devoid of grass & hard as rock. I had to resort to pounding my tee into the ground with my club head in order to tee up. It is hard for me to fathom that the late spring condition is actually worse than it was over the winter. Looks like they haven't watered the course in weeks. The one upside was the greens were in very good condition. This is a fun course to play & I was very disappointed in its' current condition.

Course was in good condition but I don't care for the tee setup. Green tees play about 5400 yds the next tees (white) play about 6200 yds , it would be nice to have a set of tees that play about 5800 yds.

I have played this course since the middle 80's and have enjoyed playing Forest Hills since. In fact we used to play out of the original clubhouse where the monument stands now. They reversed the 9's in the 90's and built the new clubhouse. plus renovated the entrance to upgrade the parking and drop offs for a more pleasurable experience for the visitors. The course is in good shape and I wouldn't have any problem securing a tee time in the near future.

Great layout with a very nice mix of holes. Conditions very good right now, no issues. Course played fast today with some fairway roll. Greens smooth, fast and difficult to putt making it fun.

I played Forest Hills again as soon as the GolfNow deal was available. Best way to pay for golf with the HotDeal! Was an advantage knowing the course better, but still have to make the shots! Still a challenging Course from the whites, even for a lower handicap player. Greens were slower than a few days ago due to the rain.
Great layout. I look forward to playing this course again soon.

I enjoy playing this course because it provides a good challenge but is not impossible for an old man to have a good round.
