Mystery Valley Golf Club

This is an excellent golf course for beginners. Wide fairways and good design. Whenever ( temporary greens) the greens open up this course will be great place to play.

This course is currently going through renovations but no where was it mentioned when booking, the greens are not able to be access so they made make shift holes in the fairway leading to the greens. Hole 16 is totally un accessible so they split the par 4 17th into 2 par 3's. Needless to say was not worth playing in this condition. Once it's done I will return as the course layout is very nice but until further notice I'll pass.

Greens are temporary untill Sep 1. The price is a great deal to go and work some kinks out, which is exactly how I utilized the course. The fairways and course layout is very open and forgiveable. I played on a Monday afternoon solo and was in and out in 3 hours. Will be a very enjoyable round come fall! Staff was very friendly too.

Golf Now had no clue the course was under renovations. Both course and me attempted numerous time to contact Golf Now to get rain check and explain the condition of the course.

Fairways are in great shape. Looking forward to the new greens to come in.

Course is little burnt out and all greens under repair

I enjoyed my round. Only negative…but it’s a big one is that ALL regulation greens are closed for rejuvenating. In the meantime, temporary greens are in use for every hole, Once standard greens are reopened will be a great course

I payed 32 dollars due to the greens being worked on. But stand price on the weekend is 50 and I would say it worth the money. Overall very nice course with good fairway and tee boxes. Again can’t say anything about the greens because I didn’t play on them. The only negative I saw with the course was the poor drainage. Multiple holes had the cups full of water and looked like no one touched them in days. Pace of play was fantastic but I think that’s because the course emptied because it was so hot. The carts were gas but felt a little slow so, and ours had some braking issues. But otherwise great course would definitely come back

Beware! Got this deal on golf now and was shocked after I drive an hour that this “course” had make shift greens which was like playing a bad Par 3 course. You couldn’t even put the grass was so long. Never again will I go to this place. To top it off, couldn’t even get food on a weekend! They only had snickers😬

Always enjoy playing this course. Good, fun layout with nice variety of holes and modest elevation changes. Not a fan of the temporary greens but expect it to be even better when the new greens open later this summer. Fairways in good shape. A few scruffy tee boxes could be better. I’ll be back later this summer with the new greens on display!

Good golf course for a beginner golfer. The greens are under construction but should open up for play in a few weeks. The fairways are wide which is very good for beginners golfers.

Arrived at the course to temporary greens. Very disappointed to not know this in advance.

I’ve played @Mystery Valley for years. To my surprise they were offering a nice discount. It wasn’t until I arrived at the course and found out it was because ALL of the greens were under repair. Wish the website could have informed us about the greens!

I played this course many times while living in ATL. Having now returned to Scotland, I miss it. I can honestly say it embodies all that is good about a golf club- great layout, lovely staff and people who play there who care about the game.

I am fortunate to belong to a host course to the Open in England. The feeling of anticipation arriving at Mystery Valley is the same as at my home club.

I will be back one day.
