Best value
Best course around for the money. Is not very well maintained but good enough to be able to score.
This course has forgiving fairways
Good course for your money greens needs some work but overall fun time
Great day of golf
Had a wonderful time at Trident. Pleasant staff, course was in good shape, neat experience to play a course with no homes in sight.
Hard to find
Few restaurants in the area and hard to find on the post
Nothing Matters
Nothing Matters to the Mangement
5 some playing ahead of us
They fell two holes behind quickly
Called the pro shop
Lied about sending a ranger out
Same 5 some practically drove carts on greens and tee boxes
Course is fine and prices are very good for golf, food and supplies.
PS - at the turn when I informed we planned to jump ahead the tough guy in the 5 some wanted to meet me in the parking lot.
HIdden Gem at great price
This is an 18-hole, Arthur Hills designed golf course on a Navy submarine base. It is a bit out of the way but well worth the drive. It is a fun, well-maintained layout with generous fairways,, good greens - although a little thin right now - and good bunkering. I highly recommend this golf course. In fact, I'm going to play it again this week before I head to my home back north.
Hidden gem
Great golf course to play. First time and had minimal problem deciding where to aim
Great layout, needs some more maintenence upgrades
Playing this course for the first time requires an extra sleeve of balls . The water areas are quite large and it would take most players 3-4 rounds to get the nuances and slope of fairways and greens. The Pro there is a stand up gut and was very helpful and forthright to answer all my queries about the course and helped get us getting a great pace of play. The two downsides are there are no Marshall's there to keep pace of play going, and I believe most of their greens had suffered some disease damage I f stresses, and the tee boxes were not up to snuff. All in all, we'll go backfor the layout and a great price. They need to get the GPS updated with Google, it sends u to a oermantly closed gate.
Good Course
Course was in good shape bult it took over 5 hours to play with no marshal.
A hidden gem
My playing partner said it was now his favorite course. I really enjoyed the course. It was fair and a really fun course. I'll be back soon.
Fun Day of Golf
Trident Lakes is located on the submarine base in Kingsland Ga. The course is open to the public and inexperisive but it's a nice layout. True to its name there is a good deal of water and moreover a large number of alligators lounging in the lakes and on waters edge . The greens are not in good shape but considering the cost of play its not a bad day at all.
Trident Lakes
As a single I met and played with some nice guys. The course is fair but if it's your first time beware of some water that's difficult to see, 2nd shot on second hole on the left. Pace of play was great.
