The flowers and greenery around the course were beautiful.
We’ve played Sandy Pines before and always enjoy not only the course but their food is also very good.
A Gem Close to Home
What a gem of a course! Beautiful layout and a beautiful setting. Super fast greens and drop-offs that took some getting used to. Fairways and rough well maintained and nice sand traps for the few times I had to hit out of them. Some holes allowed you to swing away, but plays much better if you are strategic and practice course management. Played with 2 regulars that gave great advice on where to approach the greens and how the greens rolled. I cannot wait to return with some friends and enjoy it all over again.
Beautiful course, fun, great value
Got a Hot Deal for $40 and could not have had a better time. This course is very well-maintained, the layout is super fun, the carts are nice. Pace of play was fast. Range was nice. Greens are quick and smooth. Play here ASAP!

Always perfect
One of the best public courses in the nation. Definitely Top in indiana
The staff at the restuarant was not friendly. The food was also not great. The couse was in good shape. The starter was great. We got kicked off the corse at 7:45 and we could only play 13 holes in total. Ther was planty of sun left-we did not get clarity as to why?

This was my fifth time this year playing this course. It gets better and better every time.
Not just the best value around
I’d pay three times the fee and still believe it was worth it! I usually don’t like courses built through housing developments, but you never get the feel any of the homes are intrusive. Impeccably maintained with interesting green complexes that make the complex definitely one of the best you’ll find. Can’t wait to play it again.
Great layout, management golf
It’s a fun layout, stay in the fairway and you’ll be rewarded. Staff is as friendly as it gets. Course is always in great shape and greens and well kept and fast. I travel from the Chicago suburbs to play once or twice a year. But of a drive but worth it. Also, the restaurant has great food for after the round.
Excellent
Great course, great food, go check it out.. best kept secret in Indiana.
Awesome
Great golf course super friendly people that works there.
This course will surprise you. It’s better than shown online. Going back tomorrow!!
worth the drive
I have heard a lot of great things about Sandy Pines, and was excited to play there finally. Course is in great shape, greens rolled true, tee boxes were in good shape. I played on a crowded Saturday afternoon and was surprised it took as long to play as it did 4:45-5:00 as we moved right along every hole. I only had to play sand once but it was good sand not hard pan common to some courses. Looking forward to playing again. Lobbying my group for a stay and play. Rough is playable and balls were easy to find. Beverage cart came around two or three times.
