This course has beautiful scenery.
At times it could seems like an obstacle course but the signs allow for very smooth navigation. Be sure to have a collard shirt handy.

Course was in nice shape. Greens a bit slow, but they were fine.

Still Excellent
This course is always in great shape. Sometimes the bunkers are wet but under any conditions this is among the best maintained courses in Charlotte and probably the southeast. It is a true test of every part of your game but above everything it’s fair

Good course & has improved
Enjoyed my round. Course was in good shape - a couple small area that are being improved which was good to see. I appreciated that the fairways had solid growth so your approach shots didn’t feel like they were coming off hard pan. I like the course - it was the first time I have played here in 5+ years - but the price was a little steep, even for a weekend ($88). This is a course that would be better suited to be priced in the $65-$75 range for a weekend round. Nonetheless, enjoyed my round and good to see how it’s coming into shape.

Fun a little slow
8:15 Saturday tee time took 5 hours. Course estimates it should be 4:30 but group in front was slow. Good mix of different holes with different layouts. Very fair and well kept. Will definitely play here again

Nice Course
Really nice course. Greens and fairways were in good shape. The course is fairly challenging and a good value. The staff was friendly and the food was very goid.

Last minute play.
I went out by myself and got hooked up with three other golfers. First time playing this course for all of us. I like the layout, and the course was generally in good condition, but Fairway’s pretty thin. Greens were consistent but kind of slow. Tee boxes could use some sod in many places. .

The course is nicely laid out and offers challenges to all levels of play. Greens were in great condition traps were fresh fairways looked great.
The pace of play was hindered by a twosome that took four holes to let others play through resting a back up. They finally allowed a twosome go through but we still had to wait to hit because we were afraid of hitting into them. We did not let that bother us though. Great weather and friendship we’re cooking!

Not worth the price at this time
Sparse hard fairways. Slow hard greens that will not hold approach shots. Can only hit driver on half of the par4,S others require lay ups and distances are in onsite cause of hard and sparse fairways.
Play other courses at this time for the price charged.

Needs TLC
First time golfing in NC and this course so maybe I am missing something about April golf here, but the course seemed very poorly watered with the tee boxes and fairways being extremely hard. Several good tee shots ran OB due to the conditions and taking a divot was mostly impossible. The greens were in good shape and I would say faster than average, but hard to land and stay on. Starter told me the perfect tee shot on 3 and I put it right there, but it was lost due to the conditions. Being in a nice neighborhood I would have expected a bit nicer conditions. we only got in 14 holes in 4 hours and left due to slow play. No rangers on the course.
