Fun round
Enjoyable first experience. Will play from longer tees next time.
Can see how the course would back up if busy - layout allows for slower play.
Two people, 9:00am on a Thursday probably doesn’t need to run the full four and half.
Will def come back.

Course was in great shape. Wednesday is the day to play with lite traffic on the course and all golfers were friendly. Will be back again soon.

Slow Greens, Even Slower Pace (5.5+ Hour Round)
Have played here a couple times in the past month or so and the greens are still pretty slow. What's worse is the round's pace listed on the cart at 4.5 hours. While I expect it to be slow and around 4-4.5 on the weekend, you'd have better luck getting a hole in one than to be fortunate enough to finish 18 in that pace. Both rounds have been incredibly slow with this last round taking 5.5+ hours.
No ranger to be found trying to keep up the pace they have in their carts, and there were at least 4-5 holes we had 3+ groups at the tee box. At least 2 groups behind us left early, but there's no reason for a round to take over 5.5 hours.
We were determined to finish given the $90 per person fees, but neither of us will be back anytime soon. Neither the greens or the pace makes that cost anywhere close to being worth it.

Best I’ve seen OS in a long time! Greens are not fast but are all in great shape! Rolling true.
Fairways are not still all the way in but looking great.
They have been clearing a lot of brush and trees. Doesn’t change the layout but course looks so much better and more fair since wayward shots have a fair chance of being found now.

This course I would recommend to play.
Friendly staff! I played twice the first week of April. The grass was still dormant but the greens were in good shape. I can imagine this course being a great place to play in the summer months.

Slow play
This was a Monday and it took almost 4 1/2 hrs. This is expected on a weekend but not a Monday. The price is very high for a course that does not stand out from any other. It was a good day and I enjoyed the lay out. I will play it again if I can find a deal at some point.

Could be better
Was told I wasn't allowed to walk "at this time of day" - Sunday mid day. In hindsight it wouldn't have made a difference in pace.
The course needs some love, grass is sparse in places and left me questioning if it was worth the $90. Staff don't seem like they want to be there. I don't think the range balls have been swapped out for new since the 90's.

Great layout and facility
Great layout and facility. Greens were excellent, but off green areas such as tee boxes, around greens edges, off fairway (lots of trees have been removed, but areas where trees were have not been repaired,.. ), chipping green. we’re not up to the olde sycamore standard I am used to from past play. It is early season and that is likely part of the condition issues and it appears there was work actively underway to improve some of the problem areas.

Cool layout, pace on the back was slow
Layout was great, tee boxes were in pretty hideous condition, the rest of the course were pretty good considering the time of year. Pace on the back 9 was shockingly slow for a Thursday 11:15 AM tee time.

Find Another Course
Right from the start range balls were scuffed, dirty, mismatched, and probably sat at the bottom of a pond for years. As soon as I started to use the range, two guys began aerating the tee box. They acted like I wasn’t even there and continuously walked in front of me.
I loved the course layout as it thoughtfully meanders through the well groomed homes. Unfortunately the course itself is in bad shape. I’d suggest they up their grass seed budget. Tee boxes were trashed and fairways were extremely patchy too.
The greens were in decent shape relative to the rest of the place. I’d suggest you spend your money somewhere more deserving. There’s great potential here, just seems no one cares to tap it.

Disappointed
I have played this course several other times over the past 18 months and have noticed the digression of the course. I’m not planning to play until I see a vast improvement.

Horrendous conditions, nonexistent grass in fairways, tee boxes chewed up, bare patches on greens.
