Golfer Reviews
. A very good day of golf
Two of our foursome hD played course previously. We all found the course to be in excellent condition. It is a very fair and forgiving course. None of us are great rec golfers - we're very average golfers and enjoyed the course a great deal. We'll definitely be back.
Fantastic course in great condition
Best bang for the buck! Not too hard for the average golfer. Fairways and greens in great condition and course layout is nice. Water coolers on the course and a cart girl. Driving range is open and pretty fast pace of play. Will definitely golf here again
Good Layout; good value
If you are looking for reliable conditions, interesting and challenging layout, fair price, then this course is worth playing. Shot making and not raw distance is the name of the game for this course. Which makes it enjoyable for all levels of golfers. Course was in great shape for this time of year. Plenty of water holes and enough blind shots to keep you honest.
Awesome course
Course was in great shape and the value was perfect
Great course
We played Sand-Piper. Course was in great shape. Great value and staff was extremely friendly.
Had to pay double because of the app
Went in to check in for my tee time and was told I owed for 3 golfers, when I had already paid beforehand. Couldn’t start until paying. Worth the money, but watch out who you book through.
My review
Pace of play on back 9 very slow 2:45. Front nine great. Tee boxes and many fairways mediocre. Green’s very good
Really fun course
I really enjoyed this round with my wife. She and I found it to be reasonably priced for what you get. Could use some new cart paths but overall the tee boxes fairways and greens were in decent shape. Played the sand and bay courses. I loved the layouts. Challenging but fair. Par 3’s are just outstanding holes. Definitely would play again.
Greens were in great shape
Course was fun and challenging. Overall good morning
Please don't mow while I'm putting
The mower was playing the same holes as we were towards the end of the round. Mower didn't stop when you were on the tee, while approaching or while putting. I was over my ball putting when the mower passed about 10 feet from me. Unique experience. Course was in good shape. Fairly open course with a few challenging holes
Absolute gem in the Calabash area!
Friendly staff; 27 challenging, fun holes; excellent greens; always in great condition no matter the season; our favorite course to play while in NC!
