Maples at Sea Trail Golf Resort and Convention Center

Nothing special, an average course for public play. Small greens, fairways need grass and traps need help but overall only play at the right price and enjoy the day/

Have played for 3 consecutive years hoping the course would improve.

It has not...in fact it's gone the other way

If they have any staff, they should clean this track up, show some pride and make it a fun experience . At least the washrooms are kept clean.

The other courses seem to be headed in the same direction and what a shame.

With the competition's working very hard on keep their patrons, how long before these courses are history. The paying public will go elsewhere.

There is a lot of competition for seniors. You can ride the course and have a great time.

The other courses at Sea Trail look like they're in very good condition. They need to spend some time and money to improve the conditions on the Maples course.

Upon arrival we were told we would have to wait until tournament finished before starting - we did tee off on time. The course overall is in very bad shape from the last time I played it. Apparently the tournament must have been a "superintendent's revenge" tournament as pin placement were terrible - pins were off the greens on the fringes of others, along with on the middle of slopes that were impossible to putt. Colored flags meant nothing. My biggest issue is nothing was said to us before teeing off.

Nice layout but unfortunately course is in rough shape. Particularly the fairways where grass was limited and an abundance of what I would call “twitch” grass clumps. Greens were just ok. Golf Now discount pricing made the round acceptable. It would appear they did not overseed last fall and it shows. Regular green fee pricing is clearly not worth it IMO.

Need some attention to lawn maintenance, i.e., fertilizer & week control. Cart paths need maintenance badly.

The course needs a lot of attention, tee’s were covered with leaves, the fairways were rough with a lot of dead patches. The greens were probably the best part of the course.

Slightly slow on the front nine, but great pace of play on the back. Greens were faster on the front and average on the back. Fairways were still growing in, with some in great shape and others still showing winter sluggishness. Overall, enjoyable round and would go back again.

Wet and freeways soft and wet, the greens were hard a bit bumpy , not as good as two years ago .

Greens are extremely slow. Fairways are "patchy". However, considering that winter rules are appropriate for this course in its present condition and the hot deal fee was $17.00 with cart, we enjoyed playing this course and considered it good value.

6 of the holes were path only. Many shots were plugged balls. No real club house.

For the price greens could have been in better condition.

Some Greens were in poor condition ,we were the only 4 players on the back 9 and a person from the course told us we needed to pickup the pace of play
