About
Eagle Chase Golf Club is tucked away in the rolling hills of northern Union County, surrounded by nothing but acres of countryside and farmland. The secluded locale is ideal for golf, especially since it is conveniently situated less than an hour from Charlotte. The course tumbles across lush green hills and valleys, providing almost every hole with an elevated tee or green. The undulating layout definitely plays like a mountain golf course with even lies being hard to find and a few blind shots to contend with. Water hazards come into play on seven holes, including the first three and the 12th hole, an uphill par 3 that is one of the golf course's most difficult. In addition to the course, Eagle Chase G.C. also offers a driving range, practice bunker, and chipping and putting greens.

Great place
This course is off the beaten path, but the condition of the course is gray. Lots of elevation change. Greens were punched a few weeks ago but they roll true. The pace was excellent and we had an awesome time. Would highly recommend this course.

Course layout challenging, greens in great shape
I enjoy playing a challenging golf course and know that when i play Eagle Chase that I will need to play a strategic game Greens were in great shape and the grounds crew does a great job on a golf course with a lot of elevation changes and slope.

Another great golf day.
It was very toasty but they kept the water coolers filled...this time of year, no matter what, sweat is going to flow. I would rather it flow on the course than while mowing my yard!

My favorite Charlotte area course so far
Challenging elevation changes, beautiful greens (although I think they are punching them right now), great pace during our round. Will definitely be playing again.

Greens a little slower than usual but, like the course, were in great shape. A good time was had by all. Will be back.
