Eagle Chase Golf Club

This course is a hidden gem! Value for this level of course design is off the chart. It’s not an easy course to go low on, based on super fast greens, but I would highly recommend it!

This place is a hidden gem. Played it for the 2nd time and will be back. No alcohol sold on course and people want to play it at the posted 4 1/2 hour reminder on the cart but should take only 4 hours.

Course was in great knick with greens on the slow side but in excellent condition. Beautifully green and lush course, with fantastic views and a little hilly which added to the challenge. Group in front were a bit slow but pushed the pace on their own accord which was great.

This is a great course with outstanding conditions of fairway, rough, and elevation changes not seen at other courses in CLT area. It could be better with a bit faster greens and redone cart paths. Tree roots and erosion have Mande cart paths slow to navigate.

Great Course with a challenging but fun layout! Greens were smooth and fairways with awesome.

Easily top 5-10 public course in and around Charlotte. The greens were awesome.

Pace of play was slow, Greens still sandy from aeration but still rolled decent.

Eagle Chase is worth the trip. Several tee box improvements. Greens are rolling fast and true. Most bunkers are in good shape. A few tight fairway lies but for the most part in real good shape. Local knowledge helps on several holes because of slopes,

This course feels like the middle of nowhere but is close to everything. Such a relaxing ride out to the course. The course itself has a relaxed vibe. No houses on the course. Greens and fairways in great shape. The course is challenging without being unfair for the average golfer. I plan to come to Eagle Chase more often.

Eagle Chase is probably the best course I’ve played in a long time. It has a lot going to for it. Conditions are very good, layout is great. Lots of variety on holes. You get to play a lot of different shots and you have options on how to play each hole. It’s a little over an hour drive for me and it’s worth every minute.

There are some magnificent views off some of the tees, the par 3s on the front especially. They made good use of the land with some interesting elevation changes and contours on the course. Bunkers are in good shape. A lot of golf courses, especially those out in the country can be flat, boring and ineptly kept. Eagle Chase is none of those things. It’s a gem. They know what they are doing there and it shows.

Elevated tee boxes, risk reward holes, if you slice the ball a lot, it will bring you to your knees. Fair price, and great condition! I've only once in 6 times playing it, have made it under my handicap.

Best course in the charlotte area for the price. Just a little bit of a drive.
