Upgrades
Course is in good shape for this time of the year. They are doing an extensive drainage and irrigation work and it will only make the course that much better.
Excellent day
The course is undergoing changes that will improve the course but it’s still in excellent condition.
Would like to play again after winter kill is gone
Enjoyed the course, pretty and some challenging holes. Fairways were not the best, but it was the end of February, greens in very good shape
Nice Course
This is the first time I've played the course even though I have lived in the area for several years. I went on monday so it wasn't really busy. I had time to play a few balls each hole. Course was in pretty good winter condition. Greens appeared recently aerated but still in good condition. Only issue was sthey're working on the sprinkler system, but maintenance isn't a real big deal. In all, it was a great (lil windy) day and I will definitely be going back.
Why the high rating
Dog track, not much grass anywhere. The greens were fairly nice bunkers were mediocre at best. Best of all every fairway had a trench right down the middle of it. Probably won’t play here ever again.
Sprinkler installation leaving lots of trenches
One of my favorite courses, but I won't be back until summer. They are installing irrigation pipes down the middle of the fairways and around the greens. There were open trenches and the rest were partially filled. Course drainage seems to have been damaged as there is standing water all over the course. Also, looks like the maintenance crew is on vacation.
Weeds in the fairways and around the clubhouse. Hope they get this cleaned up in time for spring grass growth.
Always a great venue.
Have played Pine Ridge on numerous occasions. It is always in good shape and the staff is very accommodating.
A real hidden gem.
Good change
I like the course in general, they are putting in irrigation on the back nine so be aware of this when booking. We had to skip a hole and some holes were being prepped for the irrigation but all in all it was a good round.
Great condition for mid-winter golf.
The course was in really good condition for late December. Pace of play was a little slow. We, as a foursome, were waiting more than usual.
Definitely going to play there again.
