Love the course, drainage was not great, but that can be overlooked for a chance to play on a warm sunny day.

Not a great golf course. Played in the winter and the fairways were brown with spots of green here and there. The greens, however, were very good. They rolled pretty fast but true. We had a lot of rain in the area but the course wasn't soggy. The staff is very friendly here. Driving range and putting green available. Overall, not bad for the price.

This golf course is nice layout. Very straightforward. The course conditions were good. The pace of play was excellent on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and I played in 3 hours and 20 minutes. I would recommend this course.

Played here for the first time. Well maintain course from Tee boxes to fairways to traps. The greens are in excellent condition and roll fast. They are undulating so get your read right and speed right or suffer 3 putts, you've been warned. Par 5 are a little short so a chance at birdie. Plenty of water with and island green. Pace of play was not great but I think this was do to a two some that was learning game. I enjoyed this course enough that I cancel a meeting and played back 9. The culd house is dated and the food is only simple sandwiches, burgers, dogs...however burger was good. Very friendly staff. In my opinion it's the 2nd best course in Lancaster. I still think Edgewater is better in terms of course beauty, elevation changes and pace of play. It doesn't have and island green however.

Course was in good shape... Greens were fast and rolled true... Solid variety of holes for distance and target golf... Definitely enjoyed it

Course maintenance is excellent especially with the high temperatures. Most other courses are baked with lots of very dry areas but saw little to none on our round other than a few tee boxes. Greens were in great shape; would recommend it and look forward to next time.

Played Lancaster for the first time in many years. I was born and raised in Lancaster and played Lancaster GC many times. It was nice to see that the course was still in excellent shape and had not fallen into disrepair. The fairways were green and manicured. The greens were receptive to good shots and gave you a true roll on your putts. My only issue was that a couple of the tee boxes were baked out and need watering. All in all I would strongly recommend playing this course as it sets up well for players of all ablity.

Played at Lancaster Golf Course today for the first time in many years. Being born and raised in Lancaster I had played the course a number of times.
The course was in excellent condition. It was good to see that it had been well maintained, The greens where receptive to good shots and gave you a true roll om your putts. The only issue I had with the course is that a couple of the tee boxes were baked out and needed watering.
But all in all the course is in great shape and I would highly recommend playing this course.

Beautiful course.... Easy to play and laid out really well. The staff is friendly and the course overall is in great shape. There is a lot of shade even on a sunny day. From the first tee to the 18th hole, I only had to use one ball!

Go to Edgewater if in Lancaster area. Upon rival not crowded. We played the first four holes swiftly. Caught a fivesome. They would not let us through. Very slow. Went into woods looking for tee shot. We waited. After we finished 6 they were still on 7th tee. No waive through. We skipped 7 and hit on 8. Go to 9 to only be behind a second fivesome. No waive through. Hole 9 took almost 30 minutes to play. We passed the group as they went to get food. Heading to 10 I spoke to the marshall/starter (he looked irritated that I bothered him since he was on his cell phone). He stated "we allow fivesomes all the time. They should have let you through." Well if the marshall rode around he would have noticed they were slow. And 2 holes between the 2 fivesomes. He acted like he did not care. Never even moved off of his cart.

As we tee off of 10 we get behind a foursome. We were on their tee box with them for the next 5 tees. Not another group in sight. Not a marshall in sight. We finally skipped 15 and played 16. Not another group on the back nine.

Awful experience. Over a 5 hour round that should have been less than 4 hours. Golfers Edgewater is in Lancaster and much better run. For a better price and better course, go there.

Good track to play, variety of layouts, fairways in really good condition, as well as greens. Tee boxes are slanted on some holes, needs to be leveled out, would be nice to have water coolers stationed around the course, and need more ball washing stations. Little pricey for this local track, but nice track to play. Nice chipping area near range, but the range needs some work.

Great time of golf. Course was in great shape. Nice people.

Initial impression was very easy course on first two holes. However, this is a very enjoyable layout with water and trees coming into play. Course was in good condition, with greens rolling semi-fast and consistent. Nice rolling hills and elevation changes. Mature pines placed sufficiently to encourage staying in the fairways. Minimal rough so good for beginners.

Great value and awesome staff. I was in from San Diego and they loaned me clubs. Will be back for sure.

Course was in good condition as were the greens. Not too crowded and reasonably priced.

Course played well for wet winter conditions. Will play again.

I played this course with my dad and considering it had rained for 3 days prior the course was still in good condition. The staff was as friendly as any course I've been at and the grill had excellent selection for lunch. The front was wide open almost like a links style course while the back was wooded and hilly. Would definitely go back!

I have nothing but good things to say I will play many more rounds there

The fairways & greens were in great shape. I played a little early before the greens dried up (had rain the day before) but when they dried the greens were fast. The greens rolled true, a good test of your putting skills. Can't wait to play it again.

First time playing here! The course is very pretty with a number of scenic holes. There were some wet spots in the fairway from recent rain that hadn't drained well. But, they were few and didn't detract at all. The greens were well maintained and fairly quick all the way around. The tee boxes and fairways were well maintained. The course is relatively open but still challenging. Would definitely play again.
