First time playing, we loved the course! Beautiful, challenging (for us) holes along the marsh. Excellent course conditions, very friendly staff. We’ll be back!

It's been a long time since I'd played Old South but it was a worthwhile wait. I remembered every hole and enjoyed sharing the course with a very long time friend....

The course was in great shape, we were first out (love that) and the outside and inside course representatives were engaging and very friendly.

I'll definitely be back in a much shorter time than this lapse....thanks Old South...

Excellent day of golf, course in good shape considering the amount of rain day before.

Four of us played the Fasio course the day before. Not impressed on any level. Old South was new to us but we took a chance. We all loved it. Great layout and conditions.

Staff was super friendly. This course is definitely worth playing.

First time playing … quite wet due to a lot rain … Reasonable pace of play considering Cart Path only. Greens were pretty slow but rolled well considering wet conditions. Several holes would be played differently the second time around … a bit tricky to figure out best shot off tee. All in all, an enjoyable day.

This was a very nice course condition-wise, but I didn't care for the design at all. There were 4 times I was in the fairway and couldn't hit the called-for shot to the green because of trees, some in the fairway VERY close to the green, and others with overhang. That, plus a par 5 that you had to hit 7 iron off the tee??!?...just doesn't make sense.

Course was in excellent condition. Got to play it twice and both times pace pf play was under 4 hours. Good value.

Course us in great shape, greens are slick. Oace of play was good

Back 9 was a challenge. You cannot trust cart gps on a few of the holes, particularly the 15th. Central trap on the 14th par 4 had collapsed, so have to treat it as ground under repair. Slow greens, and recently reseeded, so little roll on the fairways. Nice layout overall however the 16th was tricked up - just play the par 3 tees there.

Fun course but a little Gimicky. Course conditions were good but not

great. Greens were a little inconsistent but overall decent. Staff was very friendly and play was steady. On a busy afternoon we got around in just under 4 hours. This was exactly what I expected for a slightly above average cost course around Hilton Head.

This course is awesome. Plain and simple. Views are immaculate and I will definitely play again when I’m next in the area.

This place is a good bargain in the Hilton Head area. The tee boxes are sandy and some greens are a little rough but most of the course is in great shape. The staff was extremely friendly and we were able to finish five minutes early compared to golf cart pace of play.
