About
The Lakes Course is one of two 18-hole courses that the Westbrook Golf Club offers. Residential communities border the course but they do not interfere with the game. The course has a traditional design with a landscape that is accented with mature trees. Undulating greens and several water hazards add plenty of challenge to the course. There are also many strategically placed sand bunkers. The course finishes with not one but two signature holes, the 17th and 18th, offering a great end to the game. The Westbrook Golf Club facility possesses various practice facilities as well as a pro shop.

Nice Afternoon at Facility
Nice course to play with plenty of interesting holes. Greens okay, over-seeding a little thin but not bad. Fairways very good as were tees. Pace of play was excellent, right on 4 hours. Definitely a bargain at $40. Overall a great facility with nice practice area and bar/restaurant.
A challenging course
We both enjoyed playing this course and look forward to another opportunity to do so again. Our thanks to Westbrook Village for making some tee times available to the general public. The course is well maintained and the staff were very friendly to us.
Fond remembrances
Was a member here 4 years ago. On arrival, Chuck immediately recognized me and greeted me warmly. Pace of play was good at just under 4 hours. Course conditions as good as I recalled. Great finishing holes at 17 and 18. Greens were in good condition and pins placements were challenging.
Great pace of play
It rained the previous night, locals did not come out. Played 18 in just under 2 hours. Great conditions.
Fun course for the money
The course is just been reseeded, so the tees, fairways and greens were in very good shape. Greens very slow, bu this is a Sun City course, but rolled very well. I like this course, it has some really nice holes with a great finishing hole on 18. Play is really slow at times, Club house needs some upgrading but over all ok.
What a bargain
After playing a less than stellar course for $100+, the Lakes course was a great surprise for $26. Course in great shape, allowed to drive in fairways which had come in beautifully. Made the mistake of teeing off 10 vs 1, which worked out great for pace, never running into another group. Free range balls included, something else the more expensive course failed to offer.

Pre-over seeding
Greens on back 9 were cement -somewhat better on front 9; but getting ready fir over seeding. Good course!
Good course.
A week before re-seeding but the course was fine. The cost was great and we played quickly.
Good Track not long but has challenges
Plays nice from the tips, but water is difinitly in play. Greens are very challenging. Coarse was scalped for over seed but can see its potential
Good course good people good time
Westbrook Village Lakes is a straightforward course with a nice layout. Conditions were good and staff was very nice. 17 and 18 are two great finishing holes. Actually two of the best around for sure. Tee times are tough to get in the fall / winter. Great value for the price. I enjoyed the round of golf. I would deffinitly like to play again. Not super challenging but still a lot of fun to play.

The staff was very friendly and the course was in great shape. We got around it in a little over 3 hours.
Hidden gem, great value!
Booked this course not knowing what to expect. I had not ever played here not did I know anyone who has before. What a treat. Everyone was so nice and the course was a great find. Will definitely be booking to play here again.

Great Summer Value
I have played the course twice in the last two weeks and really enjoyed both rounds. Large fairways and greens suit my game. Holes 8 & 9 are my favorites with the water hazards.

decent course
Course was in decent shape for 110 degree weather. Transitioning to bermuda. Quick round for a Sunday. Great summer deal available.

Beautiful layout with some water features. Large greens and fairways keep most shots in play. Will definitely play a bunch!
