About
The executive-length course at Continental Golf Club is a popular choice due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and challenging game. The course features undulating greens that are in excellent shape, as is the entire course. Unique mounding surrounds the narrow fairways. A drainage ditch and two lakes also come into play on the golf course. The signature hole is the par-4 18th hole, which calls for not only a tee shot but also an approach shot over water. The course plays fast but it is still quite enjoyable. Continental Golf Club also has practice facilities including a large driving range, putting green, and practice green.

Great Course for the price but VERY slow
$25 for 18 holes, cart included? Not a bad place. Course matches up with what you’re paying for. Short, nothing longer than a 350 yard par 4. Only complaint is that the pace is pretty bad. They just toss out a bunch of singles that end up stuck behind a group of 2-4 and it creates quite the pile up. You’re waiting 10 minutes on every tee box. Organize getting groups out better and this place would be awesome.
Nice Course
I took my wife to this course twice and enjoyed both experiences. We were able to get in 18 holes in 3 hours, so didn't take up much of the day. Good course for practicing iron shots from the tee box with a few long hole to take out the driver.
Dirt
Had a hard time finding grass on tee boxes and not hitting off c mention dirt in middle of fairways.

good executive course for the casual or beginner golfer
Very friendly staff, the round was under 3 hours, the greens were in good shape, the ball held the greens very well
First Timer
Had always driven by this course and wanted to play and finally got my chance. Overall the course was in decent shape. Greens were nice as were most of the fairways. The tee boxes need some work. Lots of sandy areas and not very level. With a lot of par 3s...a flat tee box is a must. Greens were firm but did hold if a shot had some height on it. Green speed was slow, but for the most part surfaces were smooth. Some shorter par 4s to go with mostly par 3s. Played at about noon so the course was not very busy and I zipped around in about 3 hours. A bit of advice: don't use yellow golf balls on any of the holes near the driving range, because there are a lot of range balls that have escaped the range area...white is good.
SLOOOOOW Play
I’ve payed this course many, many times and never played a slower round of golf!! Just so overcrowded!!
The pace of play was fine (3 hrs.). The greens were in very good shape. The biggest complaint is with the tee boxes. Some were hacked up pretty good with sand and little grass. Some tee boxes are crowned and need to be leveled. Overall, not that bad of course for the casual golfer, but I wish ARCIS would spend some money to keep the course in a little better condition.
Fun Course
It's short. Executive type. Lots of Par 3's. Always fun to play. My first round whenever down here is Continental.
