Beachwood Golf Club

Good shape for this time of year. Greens had a little bit too much sand in them. Kind of bumpy here and there.

I played Beachwood several days earlier and left a glowing review. Told my son-in-law how good it was and took him to play there. I was really looking forward to round. Nobody working at course ever mentioned that the greens had been aerated and completely covered in sand!! It was impossible to keep score because the greens were covered in pebbles and small rocks and sand. My putter is nice and scratched now. When I say sand I mean think of putting on the beach! It was ridiculous. I realize courses need to maintain their courses but wouldn’t it be courteous to inform players that greens are sand? At least I could then decide whether or not I want to play those conditions. When the round was over then they asked me how were the greens? They said we heard there are rocks and pebbles. Too late; miserable round played! What a shame :( Definitely don’t play this course for a few weeks!

Course was in great condition for this time of year; staff was very friendly; greens were in very nice shape; price was very reasonable especially nowadays. Would definitely play again as a matter of fact I already booked my next round there :)

Love the layout; flat but interesting enough. Challenging length and hazards. Fair when you get out of position. Greens are fine. Just a good course for the first day if your MB golf trip. Staff are great from the cart barn to the pro shop. Definitely give Beachwood a try.

Interesting layout with some challenges! Hole 15 (long Par 3) is a big challenge (sand and water on the right; sand and trees on the left. Overall, it is easy to have some fun. Worth your money.

Great course winter conditions but still plenty of grass on fairways greens firm good speed nice roll

Winter conditions , but plenty of fairway grass, greens run nice and firm ,staff very friendly and helpful even maintenance crew. Nice small club house with lots of nice shirts.

A few greens not in the best shape, but other than that course was in great shape.Enjoyed my round.

If you havent played this track in a few years i highly recommend you give it a look. The course is much improved and in very good condition.

The course was fun. Priced right. There’s so many holes that have half projects done. Fix them! Then they hit us with back nine is cart path only after our front nine.

I played this course for the first time and found that I had a very good time and would be back again in the very near future. I couldn’t find one thing to complain about except the driving range was a little too sandy. Other than that my experience was great. I played with another young gentleman and we played the round in just over 4 hours and still had to wait behind the 4 golfers/hackers in front of us. The service provided by the employee’s was exceptional.

I thought the course was in excellent condition for this time of year. The greens were a little sandy, but they were fast and true. The pace of play was good. The staff was excellent. We will definitely come back again. Excellent value.

My wife isn’t a big fan of golfing with others because she isn’t confident in his playing ability. The starting manager accommodated my wife’s desire to golf just the two of us and even provided some tips for keeping a friendly pace. The course was a ton of fun and the staff was friendly from the time of picking up our clubs, to the drink cart all the way to the cart return. I will definitely golf here again!

I was expecting to get there and it be busy but there was one single in front of me on the front 9 and two groups on the back and playing solo allowed me to hammer through the course hit a 91 in 2hrs and 14 minutes. I really enjoyed the course and the conditions were really good. Will be back soon
