About
The golf course at the Ventura Country Club, situated east of Orlando near many major highways and the airport, is semi-private but the facility welcomes outside play. It is a short course that features undulating greens with sudden breaks. The golf course has challenging par-3 holes that put a premium on shot accuracy. There are strategically placed bunkers throughout as well as water hazards on 14 holes. Most of the well-manicured fairways are lined with homes. The par-5, 13th hole is Ventura Country Club's signature hole. It requires a shot from an elevated tee over water and past thick forestry on the left and an approach shot to small, well protected green that slopes back to front.

Renewed and goos condition
Greens rolling great but fast and hard to land the ball due to new greens, but adds to the challenge. Great changes and way better than before. Definitely a good course to play.
1st time since renovations!
I love this course! I once shot a 63 here a few years ago. I like the new renovations, especially adding black tees! Gives more choices on what to hit off the tee. Adding cart gps was nice as well. I still am not used to the change in hole numbers, but I love the change in the old #9, new #18 hole. Really became a risk reward hole with the change!
Course is showing signs of improvement for sure
Cart paths were not good but they had prepared them for fixing. Greens good shape but really fast. Staff very friendly. I would play this course again.
Good fairway grass. Greens were in great shape although somewhat slow. Layout was quite enjoyable with some challenging holes. Will definitely play again.

The new green complexes were a huge upgrade giving the course some much needed difficulty. The tee complexes were nice just hard to put the tee in the ground. I expect that to change over time with aerifications in the future.
Good, but not $70 good
I love the change they made with the greens makes it more challenging! Pace of play was great. Conditions good all around with exception of some tee boxes. Good course just wouldn’t pay $70 again especially with no range
