Love the layout and views!
I've been playing this course since 2004. Best views in Orlando! The fairways and greens were a little ruff this time around but the greens are usually decent.
Definitely will be back.
Course needs help!
I have played this course many times over the last two decades and to see this course in sure poor condition is sad, In its prime this was one of the premier courses in the Clermont area and to play it today was heart breaking. The layout is great the conditions are poor. Hope things get better.
Very poor conditions
The course appears to have zero investment in maintenance. The traps are overgrown. The fairways have very little grass and are hard as concrete. The greens also have little grass and are very hard, making the very fast with no breaks. The entire course appears like the owners are milking it for every penny with plans to close it soon. The greens fees were higher than the conditions warranted.

Stunning elevation changes!
Golfing in central Florida doesn't have to be synonymous with flat fairways. This course has some drastic, visually impressive elevation changes that are fun and challenging! We only played the front 9 but plan to be back for more!
Highlights: Unique elevation challenges, affordable.
Course Suggestion: The sign for hole 2 was very small and hard to notice from a distance. We were not sure at first how to get to the 2nd hole.

Don’t waste your money
When I moved to Florida 5 years ago this was the BEST course in the area bar none. They have let it go. No grass anywhere. Bunkers do have tufts of grass. It is a pitiful waste of a once fine course. Don’t waste your money

This course has seen much better days.
Although we visited the course during Covid-19 there’s no way I would’ve expected the course to be in such rough shape. I absolutely love this course, but not today. Fairways were rough, greens were dying all throughout the course. I hope they’re able to bring it back because it’s one of the better courses ( in terms of layouts) in central Florida. Please fix it!

The Staff was welcoming and really nice folks.
Unfortunately we couldn't play due to rain and lightning that came in. We have played it in the past. Great views and a great value. Definitely recommend Sanctuary Ridge!

Course was one of the worst courses I ever played in my 23 years of playing golf.
The greens, if you can call them greens, were beat up so bad
it was a wonder the ball ever made it to the hole.
There were weeds on the course over 6 inches high that your golf ball would get lodged against.
I am surprised that Golf Now would even promote this course.

Course layout is great
The course condition is poor. Fairways have plenty of carb grass & greens are in poor shape some have parts with no grass. The course neds help.

Was upset that one of our players got very sick the day of play and canceled but I could not get back the money I slayed out for him even though he did not play

Garbage
This course used to be a gem back in the day. It is now absolute garbage. The greens are weeds not grass and the fairways are so dry the cow pasture next door is greener. This course is what they call a goat path and just rundown. I used to love this course but now it’s just garbage.

March madness
This course is in bad shape. Fairways are brown but the greens were in okay shape.
Only good thing about the fairways is you get a lot of run on your drives being dry and brown.
If you get a Golfnow hot-deal it’s worth the price.

Great golf experience
Ok, Im in the golf business. Yes the conditions are not perfect. If you want perfect then pay 40 extra and go to OCN. The conditions didnt cause me to cut my 4w into the trees on 12. My swing did that.! Personally I love tight fairways. I love hard fairways. I can finally trap a ball! We dont get that here in Florida. There is no rough. We have been in the traditional drought. If you hit a solid on line putt it will go in. Yes its brown in places. Dont let that steer you away. This course will test you. Play the appropriate set of tees and have fun.

Worst Playing Conditions I’ve seen in Years
This course has a great topography and fun challenging holes. However the course is such terrible shape that every shot seemed unplayable lie. The course needs water so bad. Tee box’s were dusty, fairway dead and greens crab grass and choppy.
Save your money for a few months until their irrigation is fixed.
